Snake seems a bit harsh but unfortunately you are right about my OXS loss. Oxs was a very harsh lesson so yes i think CHL will prevail but i have the smallest holding in three years prior to the decision.

I had been wondering why were we not seeing more of these derampers. ( why are they always so ghastly) So great to see Ddd and of course he may be right Ridlamata may have forged the license ( though why bother) but you would think Mr Noor would have loved to have a chance to explain to ICSID how they did it.

One other point that maybe should cleared up.
The London sock exchange has very strict rules on when a share can be suspended, they 100% have a policy that a share should remain tradeable unless certain criteria is met.
Waiting for tribunal procedural hearing does not meet that criteria and CHL will not be suspended before the announcement of the procedural order hearing is published.
I can only presume the lies being ventilated about suspension are to try and get people to panic buy in before the result rather than waiting for the result.It seems debs and her hordes of false names are trying to allude you will miss the boat.

Going back over this thread i came along this post with a price prediction when the share price was 17p.
Amazing insight there Evil. Well done, just 1p off at the same time the debs of this world are talking about 4 quid totally unchallenged.

Ok you tight sods i will give you a bit of the research note for free-
Evils research is based on the worst case scenario 290 million shares in issue in 4/5 years time.
It also uses the mean average award of 40% and the 1 in three chance of winning.

40% Award of amount CHL claimed using above fugues circa 290 mill shares gives circa 100p per share.
Discount this with the 1 in three chance of actual winning and you have a running fair risk value of 30-33p.

Quite remarkable to post this on a thread called 'DO NOT BE CONNED -Forgery decision not due in JUNE..' when moi and evil was virtually the one lone voices pointing out the outright lies being peddled by debs and her hordes of fake names promising the decision in June.

What i find remarkable now is that reading the threads some people actually believe that this is the final stage and that if the Procedural order made by the ROI government fails, Churchill somehow win?

I will remind the ordinary normal minded folk here.The end game is potentially 3 years away. This hearing is a procedural order. The main defense is illegal land use and alleged breach of contract, this is mealy a side show, and not a decision on the merit quantum of the CHL case, but what do facts mater on these threads anyhow?
