My guess is, suspension will indicate the parties have the facts, then our turn shortly after. GLA.

Something that kept occuring on the posts from oct 2009, and debbie and others from this thread commented on it many times was, a disruptive seller, and a buyer that distorted the market in CHL. When the bad news started to filter out, the disruptive seller had done his work in advance of the public being informed.
Conspiracy theory? Maybe, but the minute chl get their notice from icsid regarding the decision details, these will be suspended, for one reason only. To prevent ROI having any effect, good or bad on CHL share price.

It was just as explicit back in June saying: ...`expected ...during September`, and yet here we are towards the end of November....It says `expects`...So yes we all *expect* it by middle of next week. Lets hope so- But we are dealing with folk who take their time. I wouldn`t bet against it going beyond 2 weeks.

The wording was explicit, within the next two weeks notice of the decision will be served on the parties. Last week was week one, that by my reckoning makes this, week 2.

How about decision notices wed 23rd Nov. 2016, 5 days before market gets a sniff?

Suspension of course on receipt of notice to prevent shenanigans by you know who?

5 days for a dose of realism, suspension into Monday and beyond, RNS to that effect on Mon 28th Nov 2016, decision will not be published at the parties request.

Suspension is a blessing for spread spreads.
As it means they will not be stopped out before the news.
Therefore I hope the news is first thing tomorrow.
