coley15 - based on the fact that he sold out hoping for them to go lower so he could buy back in cheaper and the share price didn't go down so now he has to de-ramp to TRY to get them lower !!!!!

I would be hesitant about any T+ trades just yet as a test of 20/21p level is still likely

Jakarta globe and jakarta post both have the, ROI President joko Widodo, down as a reasonable, statesman like ruler. Who is working hard to rid the country of the many, many avenues of previously accepted corruption.

All of which must lend itself to ROI getting rid of this huge injustice that is, CHL case. I would further suggest Joko will want the case dealt with and out of the way early in his time as ruler, to enable him to concentrate on more important matters.

StephenWell your opinion is more positive than mine, Noor, Prabow and a few ex east kutai officials can be in trouble big time.Thank god, Prabow didn't win the elections otherwise we would have got zilch..Jakowi looks like a reasonable man..

Neo, ROI have more to fear from a tribunal statement and finding, therefore any settlement figure will be accepted on the basis, "you pay me what i demand or i go all the way and you suffer financially and loss of investment credibility" the choice is yours.

Plus neo, i said, "virtually full recompense"

50% is around £3.59, i'd take that. Me more conservative £2 will do. :)

Stephen1946

We wont get full amount that is guaranteed, 30%-40% of claim is more likely.

D.Q. Will quite rightly demand virtually full recompense for the loss, ROI are on the back foot in all area's.

The best thing about a settlement(if we manage to agree one)is immediate cash in the bank.

Best outcome would be out of court settlement. Dragging it on is counter productive for both parties. Give us 50% of our dues which makes it around £3 quids per share. Happy chappies all round.
