26/7/2016 12:26 | 1 day they wont be able to lie anymore or get away with anything else. I wonder still if they want result announced or if by magic they will see sense at the last moment and broker a deal ? I can wait ! | debbiegee
26/7/2016 12:22 | StephenI am thinking about it, yes there is a small possibility of settlement, but the tribunal have other 100's of cases too, thus the sept deliberations. We will eventually get to the positive conclusion but at the moment September is the next date for results.I hope you are right but I think it is a bit far fetched. These guys at roi have no shame or any self respect. We know they are compulsive liars, they can get away if their courts but an international standard tribunal they have no chance.. | neo26
26/7/2016 12:20 | Busy in garden want to get to beach for promised evening sun. Guess many on hols relaxed. | debbiegee
26/7/2016 12:14 | All a bit quite here today. SXX is proving to be a profitable trade. Pleased with that one so far. doing a yo-yo trick today. | oggyrocks
26/7/2016 12:04 | The tribunal, according to the last rns are now, deliberating, not investigating the forgery allegation, but, deliberating. The rns stated that the tribunal were going to talk amongst themselves for 3 months, then give us the benefit of their, deliberations. To me, that means the 2 parties are engaged in settlement talks. Think about it. | stephen1946
26/7/2016 11:29 | No sun today, where is everyone.. | neo26
25/7/2016 16:25 | I can see merits in both arguments. There is certainly good demand for stock at the moment/ ooc settlement talks could be taking place already/ etc etc. I am just relieved that the share price did not take off couple of days as it did seem that anyone who had sold had made a bad mistake. We are very overbought at the mo and at the top of that trading range so I still think that we could see a 2/3p retrace. | jnbrw
25/7/2016 15:56 | I think we are still in the ascending channel seen last month. I originally said 25 end July and 30 end August. Lets see ? | debbiegee
25/7/2016 15:20 | This may drift a couple of pennies but there is a small chance of settlement prior to the forgery verdict and me personally do not want to miss the boat. Can't take chance on 3p-4p decline. You just never know it might go beserk..My target is £2. That's the amount I'm willing to trade my shares for, all paid for so Im relaxed. | neo26
25/7/2016 14:08 | They might do that on your estate. But I have a pressure gauge :-) | cool hand kev
25/7/2016 13:25 | Shaun - I think this was a sell (I was being offered similar just moments before). This will be the trade that dropped the price - IMO. Doesn't really matter- we're all just tyre kicking until Sept anyway ..... | coley15
25/7/2016 13:04 | delayed transaction 25-Jul-1611:32:1023. | mrshaungcm
25/7/2016 09:55 | I wouLd say we dont have shorters at the moment but a large group who have theoretically shorted their own stock. Selling on a peak and hoping to buy cheaper is shorting your own stock. Many in the wings hoping to get cheaper but I dont think mms will let many go below 24. They seem to lower the bid and take in quiet a lot but if the ask is lowered its snapped up and mms jump straight back to 24 where the brakes seem to be at the moment but it wont last forever IMO. | debbiegee
25/7/2016 09:39 | PemburyI agree, but if you look at past Icsid claims, roughly 40% of the compensation claim is given at the end.Regardless, from the outside it does look like blatant asset strip. If roi were so confident of their claim, why did they use "delay tactic" to add separate authenticity hearing? this could have easily been discussed in the merit case. Why default on their payment and cause delays?Noor not coming to the hearing for cross examination was dead giveaway in my view.Chl licenses are registered in the registration log book.Roi failed to provide police docs showing investigations in the alleged forgery. | neo26
25/7/2016 08:06 | $ going up again lets just pray if we win we hit a good day ! | debbiegee
25/7/2016 07:31 | result for ROI neo26. who will still hold this "world class" asset discovered and proven by CHL even if they lose! they will get their cash back and some, even if chl get full compensation have a look at the estimated revenue pa across multiple decades, mind boggling | pembury
24/7/2016 22:55 | andy but no news is expected till september, there is no delays. Hopefully in the decision we shall hear the reason why roi defaulted on their $200k payment. | neo26
24/7/2016 22:09 | I'm only copying your post neo!! | patviera
24/7/2016 22:03 | if it isnt are you willing to pay me the difference? | neo26
24/7/2016 21:55 | 30p tomorrow on latest news | patviera
24/7/2016 19:32 | Chl nor roi have agreed to extension for authenticity results. It is Icsid who have informed the parties that results will be issued in sept.I too am aiming for £2 a share. I think that seems reasonable. | neo26
24/7/2016 16:52 | Re 6491Exactly Debbie. Now they know they can't wipe us out, maybe just delaying until their new legislation is ready and all companies signed up to it.Maybe Churchill helping ROI by agreeing to 3 month extension. If so, I think my £2 to £2.50p thoughts will be way too low. | daddy warbucks
24/7/2016 15:55 | There are 100s of cases of overlapping borders but I thuhgt we were setting a precedent and the only 1s in arbitration. If they pay us the floodgates will open ,thats why they have been determined to wipe us out before we get that far ! | debbiegee |
