I wonder still if they want result announced or if by magic they will see sense at the last moment and broker a deal ?

StephenI am thinking about it, yes there is a small possibility of settlement, but the tribunal have other 100's of cases too, thus the sept deliberations.We will eventually get to the positive conclusion but at the moment September is the next date for results.I hope you are right but I think it is a bit far fetched. These guys at roi have no shame or any self respect. We know they are compulsive liars, they can get away if their courts but an international standard tribunal they have no chance..

The tribunal, according to the last rns are now, deliberating, not investigating the forgery allegation, but, deliberating.

The rns stated that the tribunal were going to talk amongst themselves for 3 months, then give us the benefit of their, deliberations.

To me, that means the 2 parties are engaged in settlement talks. Think about it.

I can see merits in both arguments. There is certainly good demand for stock at the moment/ ooc settlement talks could be taking place already/ etc etc. I am just relieved that the share price did not take off couple of days as it did seem that anyone who had sold had made a bad mistake. We are very overbought at the mo and at the top of that trading range so I still think that we could see a 2/3p retrace.

This may drift a couple of pennies but there is a small chance of settlement prior to the forgery verdict and me personally do not want to miss the boat.Can't take chance on 3p-4p decline. You just never know it might go beserk..My target is £2. That's the amount I'm willing to trade my shares for, all paid for so Im relaxed.

Shaun - I think this was a sell (I was being offered similar just moments before). This will be the trade that dropped the price - IMO.

Doesn't really matter- we're all just tyre kicking until Sept anyway .....

I wouLd say we dont have shorters at the moment but a large group who have theoretically shorted their own stock.
Selling on a peak and hoping to buy cheaper is shorting your own stock.
Many in the wings hoping to get cheaper but I dont think mms will let many go below 24.
They seem to lower the bid and take in quiet a lot but if the ask is lowered its snapped up and mms jump straight back to 24 where the brakes seem to be at the moment but it wont last forever IMO.

PemburyI agree, but if you look at past Icsid claims, roughly 40% of the compensation claim is given at the end.Regardless, from the outside it does look like blatant asset strip.If roi were so confident of their claim, why did they use "delay tactic" to add separate authenticity hearing? this could have easily been discussed in the merit case.Why default on their payment and cause delays?Noor not coming to the hearing for cross examination was dead giveaway in my view.Chl licenses are registered in the registration log book.Roi failed to provide police docs showing investigations in the alleged forgery.

Chl nor roi have agreed to extension for authenticity results. It is Icsid who have informed the parties that results will be issued in sept.I too am aiming for £2 a share. I think that seems reasonable.

Re 6491Exactly Debbie. Now they know they can't wipe us out, maybe just delaying until their new legislation is ready and all companies signed up to it.Maybe Churchill helping ROI by agreeing to 3 month extension. If so, I think my £2 to £2.50p thoughts will be way too low.

There are 100s of cases of overlapping borders but I thuhgt we were setting a precedent and the only 1s in arbitration.
If they pay us the floodgates will open ,thats why they have been determined to wipe us out before we get that far !
