dont worry, this saga has been going on for years another month or so hopefully we get some positive news. Its long due...

ICsid will give a detailed report on their decision and if positive we wont be seeing these prices again....

Seems to deter everybody unfortunately.If recent trend continues then bid will drop in afternoon.Will be quiet until spread narrows again imo.

Well sorry it was only 1p profit this time round for his short.

After the verdict is won in September will be a good time to go short, IMHO.
As knowing me I will have not have taken a profit and be forced into holding for the final verdict.

Im fairly convinced, worse case scenario that ridlatama done some shady business to get licenses, at the time no one knew of world class resources and chl invested in good faith, spent around $70m on licenses.

Chl will get at least $200m, worse case.

ISA is a good idea, it CHL does hit the jackpot you don't want to share it with the taxman!

A spreadbet also works for the same reason, but you have to allow for a total loss and position size accordingly.

DebbieFully invested all paid for, not bothered now with couple pennies up and down, holding out till we get what we deserve by roi.Mr Noor not attending the hearing gives it away for me, IF these licenses are deemed legitimate then the share price can easily quadruple. Chl are claiming $1.3b in compo..
