I do not know what I am doing wrong today. I took near 400 quids profit in 3 trades since morning. It's a very bad day. I was hoping for a 4 figures profit.

Oh well. You can't win all. I have really fast fingers. Punters have been burnt here, and they are cautious and rightly so.

I can go on and on and on.PI have a chance of life time to get rich,even BR has given up SHORTING.

Fidra, If they don't engage we will have to wait for the panel to give its decision on the ROI's bid to have the claim thrown out. I understand that and it allows the tribunal to be seen to be fair and impartial.However after that, (if we are successful), do you think we will be allowed to go straight to Quantum? Or do you think we will have to prove that we were treated unlawfully before we can move on?If the ROI don't engage, will it be a straightforward matter in presenting the facts and getting them accepted unchallenged?Appreciate views from all.

Have to say think CHL and their advisors did a good job paying that 200k.
We can move to the conclusion of that section of the arbitration.
GOI appear to be in a bit of a hole.

If they re-engage I am quite pleased,If they don't I am probably more pleased.
