Lets be honest, people who bought above 27p-28p today will most probably be down -40% -50% by tomorrow. Forget about the ones who bought at above 29p-30p, they may not see 30p again for next 6 months, possibly never like OXS.

The Directors of Churchill Mining plc (AIM:CHL) are pleased to announce that the Company has conditionally raised GBP800,000 before expenses through a placing of 7,272,727 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 11p per share (the "Placing") together with the issue of warrants over Ordinary Shares on the basis of one warrant for every two Placing Shares exercisable at a price of 20p per Ordinary Share expiring on 31 March 2019 (the "Placing Warrants").
