Debbie made a good find in post 1898. Reading it there is no reason to doubt the contents. On that basis $2BN for a mine significantly inferior to the one chl were licensed for, chl claim for $1.3bn is no pipe dream.

For that reason alone i dont think ROI would need much persuading to make a decent fist of settling out of court, the alternative is extremely expensive.

What is surprising is that the ROI Supreme Court ( long term holders will recall the renowned independence and quality of the ROI judiciary...)did not use a public interest defence to prevent a FOI request for information on EK while our case continues.Does anybody know whether the CHL license falls within the EK district mentioned.

I would suggest the ROI like most things in that neck of the woods are as corrupt as 8 pound notes.

Stupidy though is not an affliction they suffer. Under those circumstances i would think a credible offer will be forthcoming should incriminating documents come to light following the FOI request.

Exactly! I totally agree.

But if someone has sourced some research,and can post links, that enables you to make a more informed decision.

It's when people make unsubstantiated claims to encourage others to invest in order to assist their own position that i start to ask questions.

I am flexible in my view and open to persuasion based on facts, rather than rumour or even worse, outright lies.

If asking the right questions is wrong, why do you come onto a BB in the first place?

They are meant for disseminating research and swapping ideas and opinions, and if someone has some positive research I hope they will share it with us, I would!

Would you rather accept what anonymous BB posters say without question?
