Directors' participation

"following the announcement of the interim results which is expected to be released on or around 18 March 2016."

Well they released it on 23 March 2016, so lets see if the Directors buy £325,000 shares now.

Very Best,

They may have boxed themselves into a corner. If they don't buy, could that be construed negatively? Is the result of the LSE hearing due? Could there be a big fine? Bad result in the document hearing etc?

I found this comment in the Globe and Mail 'Critics and targets of its aggressive tactics complain that Pala is taking advantage of the market downturn and battered share values by zeroing-in on vulnerable companies to buy valuable assets on the cheap."There is no question they have very good legal advice and they are smart. They are very good vulture opportunists," said David Copeland, Vancouver-based chairman of TSX-listed Rockwell Diamonds Inc., which is engaged in a proxy battle with Pala.'

Stephen I remember that excitement yonks ago!
He did go above 30 $ but there was an rns to say he was not looking to bid for the company.
At the time there were plenty of articles to show how aggressively he took a few cos over.
When the indos wanted a decent stake that would also provide us with a very large trading partner some of our major shareholders our gave some of theirs so they could get the $age they wanted.
Palas holding has also gone down over the years with the dilution and with Rachmat Gobel and Fara Luwea buying 16% at 40p when the share price was 25p.

I do not believe Pala would let us sink.

Pala may well add up to 30% then bid for the whole shooting match.

What a lovely easter egg that would be. At 14p to 16p a pop pala could achieve that out of petty cash, just a thought.

Pala investments purchase didnt get any mention by posters, i wonder why?

22% purchase is a significant vote of confidence in my book and will encourage me to buy more come tuesday. The principal at Pala is a bit of a warren buffet type character, not found any blips in his investments.

This looks like a winner to me and pala.
