Having done a bit of research , the court will most likely indicate that the decision is positive for the company , so ROI will make an offer to settle , 200 million plus costs looks about right.

And I personally think it's a 75pct chance of 100p and 25pct chance of 0p

So a v good punt at 13p

Buy up to 17p with a 100p target

I'd be interested to see your calculations for those odds!

I think it's 50:50 personally, and that may require more funds to be raised, legal battles are not cheap and the ROI has far deeper pockets.

If your target is 100p, why stop buying at 17p?

And why are the BOD a bit slow with their purses , £325.000 is not exactly a large amount for these ponchos. What is that about 50k each , expense account should cover it.

Was trying to look back as to when I first bought CHL (before debacle). Haven't traded as concentration elsewhere. After all this time am getting bored at the last hurdle! lol. ps get these blinking shares bought.

Any LTH who wants more shares appears to be able to buy them quite easily at the moment and have been able to do so in the market.

If they think the price will skyrocket the extra 2p or 3p now makes little difference!

Pat. It is you who is hard work. The rns clearly said that the directors have expressed an interest in purchasing at the same terms as the placing. This by no means says that they are going to buy.WG
