no
I just searched for last month and nothing, would you not have thought if that was the last straw they were clutching to that by now they would have been at least bought in for interrogation and/or offices searched if not actually accused ?

I of the POs or RNSs mentioned that Ridlatama staff , former director or CEO [I think] spoke as OUR WITNESS in the tribunal./hearing

You mean the state police didn't call when the tribunal was on or threaten the staff? And they haven't had any suspicious fires at their offices?

TomI think Baxter answered it for me. I did qualify my post by saying IF the rumours are true and news COULD come at anytime, not will come.Just in case you are not aware, when Churchill won the argument for the ICSID to have jurisdiction of the case, the shares were temporarily suspended, before the announcement and shot up to an intraday high of 80p.

If these rumours of OOC settlement are correct, they have been going on for over ten weeks.News could come at any time and maybe MM's want to be ready when the news comes. It won't be 80p like last year!

The spread has really tightened. Do the MM's not want to sell under 29p?

Think Iscid just helping to layer the facts and possible sticking points ?

As we know the ISCID seems to be a farce as apparently ROI want to settle but we are dealing with arrogant obstinate hardnuts so perhaps the guidance is useful ?

debbiegee - Strongly agree that our last set of lawyers screw up cost us far more than it should have.Lets face it the ROI has done virtually everything to the ICSID judges apart from give them the one fingered salute and they could have come down on them like the proverbial ton of bricks if it was not for the unfortunate actions - or rather inactions - of our last legal team.I can only think that the ICSID,in view of the fact that there is no appeal allowed against their decision,is trying to get a unanimous verdict from the judges rather than a majority decision. This means,of course persuading the Indonesian's choice of judge to vote against their "employer" and to this achieve this goal are giving the ROI every chance of backing up their claims.

Maybe was just a case of presenting all the evidence and now sifting through and need some clarification.
I remebember how our previous lawyers screwed up and hope that our new layers dont miss any tricks.

Yes - that is a possibility - giving them a bit more time to sort things out?

Perhaps if they know ooc is in process they have no need to be forming opinions? Agree seems strange otherwise.

It's almost like they are saying, "go and sort it out yourselves".And how much does the tribunal judges get paid each day?

Not sure what is going on here with this tribunal - I thought they were to make a decision based on the evidence submitted over the week of the document hearing - instead they seem to be asking each party what they think the decisions should be.
Most odd imo.
