in the real world away from the idiot rampers. this hearing was just to determined if it should be thrown out will not get a judgement for months.
The real hearing that will determined the settlement (if any) is many months away and after that expect up to 2 years for a judgement to be made.

Criminals are active on this thread trying to get you to buy this share, alluding settlement is immanent BE WARNED!!!!

Money is going back into OXS, as clearly they will have their award first, despite what many of the pumpers on CHL will try to tell you.OXS was always going to be earliest as they're much more advanced down the arbitration route, and despite what some have been saying here on CHL for 2.5years now (since Jan 2013), there is not going to be a quick early settlement Tick tock....

Why should have stayed in AFPO? are you saying 94% profit was not good? Then 2 more intraday wins. Ok. Check when the thread was created.

I hope it's ok with you, I have the right to change my mind within picosec or maybe according to you I should stay on a sinking, not changing my stance. Good luck with that strategy champ. Haha

BR is an observant and is "the One"

20's today, teens next month, maybe single figures by this time next year.
For a realistic time frame for outcome look at OXS situation.
Years.....

For anybody that is unaware you can check RNSs.

The case was to determine at ROIs demand if they should dismiss the case altogether because of CHLs suspected fraud.
If you check back to the prehearing meetings RNS you will see that the fraud claim against CHL was dropped before the hearing even took place.

So there is no question of whether we have won this round or not.

let's be brutally honest here if debbie really was a long term investor in CHL and not just trying to inflate price for her own gain then surely she would just have bought her shares and then simply forget about them until the actual hearing result, whenever that may be.

Why on earth would the day to day share price bother her so much???
Why post 4k posts on Churchill, it would be pointless if you planned to hold until result of hearing in 18 months time surely?

rettah - 14 Aug 2015 - 08:57 - 23431 of 23443 - 1"The specific questions to be addressed by the parties in post-hearing briefs will be set out in a procedural order to be issued by the Tribunal shortly."This should give a very good idea of how things went and the direction of any likely decision.Good point and was it mentioned in today's RNS to ratchet up the pressure on the ROI? Will they want this being published in the public domain? (Having said that, I think both parties have to agree before it is published)

Mug punters like stephany1946 now feeling the force of reality of gambling on red./black aim stocks inflated by nothing more than hot air ramps as any deal is at least 12 months away ,possible 2 years.
Still it's not like you were warned not to buy in the illegal ramping gangs operation here, here was it now!

."

The specific questions to be addressed by the parties in post-hearing briefs will be set out in a procedural order to be issued by the Tribunal shortly. There is no fixed date for the Tribunal to deliver its decision on Indonesia's dismissal application, although the decision is unlikely to be handed down for some months

DW - apologies re. Gobel - it seems that he was sacked mainly because he didn't get along with people and was stirring things up re. corruption in certain trade areas. The reasons have not been given but he did say that he was pleased to be part of normal life again.
