debbiegee - These judges are so weak that this could very easily drag on into 2017 so why should the ROI not continue to go down the ICSID route ? Certainly explains why there appears to be no hurry shown by them in negotiating an OOC settlement which on the face of all evidence they should be doing !!!!!

The tribunal appears to want clarification. There seems little to read in Churchill's favour but then little to read in ROI's favour either. It appears fairly neutral overall. Others may take a different view.

Procedural Order 20 is published.Not quite sure what to make of it. Sounds like they want each party to put their thoughts in writing, going over the same issues that were supposed to be heard in the tribunal hearing.

More a case of a few traders leaving or having to leave.

I would tip this to be low of the day,it usually is when spread tightens.

The case was bought by Roi because they said if chl had forged the license there would be no case so lets sort this before we go any further.
Before it even got to the hearing ROI dropped the charge/accusation to chl.

Of course they MAY have bought some paperwork suggesting that chl unknowingly bought forged licenses from Ridlatama.
Ridlatama witnesses came to speak for us at the hearing.
I google Ridlatama from time to time and have never seen that they have been accused of fraud.
Perhaps it was just a ploy to delay the process and see chl run out of money.

So theoretically with their claim of our forgery dropped we won before we got to the hearing.

Taken from the last RNS........The specific questions to be addressed by the parties in post-hearing briefs will be set out in a procedural order to be issued by the Tribunal shortly.Still not on the website, but when it does, will the questions indicate which way the tribunal are thinking?
