The last 2x 7k trades were my roll so we dont have a multiple 7k seller.
20 days ago see candlesticks was a very volatile day so perhaps a few had to close.
I didnt see much point paying for mine when they reached my buy price so extended credit.
didnt think we would get another oportunity for cheap shares.

FrakThey were seeking $1.7 billion dollars. We are seeking $1.3 billion.44% of 1.3 billion is approx 570 million dollars.Exchange rate say 1.50 to the pound (for easy mental arithmetic) = £380 million.Divide that by 150 million shares = £2.50 a share.Figures are rounded for ease of calculation. If we wait we may get between £2.00 and £2.50 a share based on rossannans example. Not to be sniffed at with the price at 37p But we shouldn't be talking about figures in case the other side get ideas. ;0)

Cool 40% of £6.70 will do very nicely having bought in around 37p and I believe we've paid the costs as we go?

RossannanThanks for the link. Interesting story, but also a bit sobering. They had spent $300 million dollars and were only awarded just over 40% of their original claim.Cannot see us getting the £6.70p a share that one reporter was quoting !

Looks like he's still going strong! Translated some of the articles on here (from earlier this month) and it seems that he's only acting chairman of the PKPI.

There's an email address so might ask the party why he wasn't in singapore!

It would seem that our hero did not spend much time at Monash Unversity!

Where is he now? Difficult to find anything about him after June.. except we know he wasn't in Singapore week of the 10th August ha ha

August 4, 2015 The Respondent submits oral observations on the Claimants' request of July 30, 2015 during the hearing. The Tribunal decides on the exclusion of evidence.Strange that there has been no follow up report on the above, as the ICSID normally explain their decisions in detail. I suppose they will include it in their tribunal report when they publish it.

Anyone knowing just a little about CHL will most certainly not want to be on the sidelines at this stage.

A suspension will precede settlement imho. The market would seem to agree.

pembury-best to just use the filter button instead of wasting your time with some, most of the people i have filtered are now coming from OXS and CHL threads.

Having said that it's still a better thread..
