Sorry to say this again..debt is crippling this Co.

The debt re-schedules and different loans, risk of increasing interest going forward....it is a minefield. Credit to person who wrote up the results

I cannot see any meaningful improvement from last figures worthy of discussion.

Expansion of the mine is a pipe dream, there are no positive noises coming out of these results for me.

Revenues up...costs up. Unless we see £2500 Gold, this will do little as an investment

small sign of interest … the spread has narrowed and 160k is all that's available online … down quite considerably from a few weeks ago.

Still very quiet here. Presumably absolutely zero buying ahead of the Results in the current market & particularly a company such as CNG that rarely issues any but the barest of news.Gold still comfortably over $1,800 & H1 almost now in the bag.Is this the low on the mkt cap?

Given then state of the markets and sentiment + the long overlooked nature of CNG, I assume the liquidity here will remain subdued right up until we get some news issued, at some point in next 3 weeks.

I remember buying back in June 2019 & there seemed to be no end to the stock that was becoming available.I was in a coffee shop in London waiting to go into the AAZ AGM around the 22nd of June and buying unopposed - a few days later the supply just disappeared completely and that was when we saw the move from 3p to 22p start to materialise. The company has come a long way since then and now in much better shape both operationally & financially + price of Gold consistently much higher.Next 6 months here should be interesting

Agreed, online bid has been creeping up for a while now but, intentionally not being advertised on the order book.

good timing with prelims approx 3 weeks away

Edit: dummy sell quoted 6p for 50k while monitor is showing 5.55 on the bid, so the spread has narrowed

I think we are all clutching at straws here. I can't see the share price reacting until there is concerted buying pressure. This will obviously happen quickly when eventually it does happen. I also think it will take us all by surprise .However the catalyst will be phase 2 production. This is now 2 years behind schedule. The news coming out of CNG is the bare minimum and unless this alters I can't see any movement until such time as they confirm a surprise increase in production. We have just got to wait and wait some more, then wait a bit longer it seems until a surprise out of the blue notification that Phase 2 has been achieved and the Company can then be related based on 80,000 oz of production and a massively decreasing debt position.Am I dreaming or will this ever be a reality.JW

If you agree with me that H2 2021 Ave. Gold Price was $1,780 then H1 2022, Ave. gold Price will be more more like $1,840Markets tend to look forward but, in this instance, we are still resolutely stuck looking in the rear view mirror. As & when this sentiment changes here, the shift could be really quite dramatic.

I'm with you elpirata & a lot more on the price if, as is suspected, the FED is forced to reverse later this year and revert to yet another dose of QE.
I believe we'll find that out towards Sept/Oct or, whenever it is they try to push rates above 2%

its woefully undervalued for a producing miner with rock solid financial backing, should fly back to 10p+ on prelims by end of this month, fair value circa 20p imo & then theres phase 2 to be implemented on top of that!

It has followed the usual Mining Cycle pattern in terms of it's valuation.
Elevated and rising valuation as the drill results were being announced when it was Kryso Resources, the planned HK listing etc. All that period saw the share price move all the way to up 40p at the back end of 2013.

Then, after Kryso morphed into China Nonferrous Gold and the real work started of actually constructing the mine, there was a continual decline over the next 5 years, exaggerated by the avalanche which destroyed much of the work achieved.

Finally, Production started and the shares were picked up with a brief run to 20p before the subsequent decline as Production processes had to be bedded in and optimised, the Debt had to be rescheduled from rather informal Short-Term nature to a more formal Longer-Term structure.
Then, there has been Covid to contend with for the last two years

Throughout all these slings & arrows, China Nonferrous has steadfastly backed the enterprise and used all of its clout and economies of scale to support and assist the fledgling enterprise.

I believe the 'true' investment journey starts from here and from now

In the 1930s, economist John Maynard Keynes said: “Markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent." Unfortunately, that bit of wisdom remains true today. Market movement – up or down often makes investors second-guess themselves.

hope that doesn't apply to CNG :-) LOL :-)

Topped up with a few whilst it's quiet. At some point in the future people will have to take notice. Market cap is silly compared to some of the companies out there

Mattjos,I understand now , I guess the confusion for me was the wording "Current Financial Position"Regarding phase 2 expansion , agree need to get in with now if profitable However I would like to know the cost of expansion and how will this be funded. Co is clearly waiting for the right time to expand , but what ?Is the Co
