they've been months late previously announcing such loan arrangements so, I don't believe you should be overly concerned on that specific point.

CNG would appear to be sailing close to the wind with aim regulation now, so has the $19.5m expired bridging loan been repaid, refinanced or has cng defaulted on it?

AIM Rule 11 requires notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price

That $19.5m CNMC bridging loan expired yesterday so there should be another imminent refinancing rns due

buried in the report detail they advise that SRK plan to visit the site in May 2023 & that SRK is aware that CNG are making a detailed exploration plan for further work to be disclosed later.

way back when this was Kryso there were some 'strong rumours' as to the Gold present in the neighboouring prosects.
Now the company has the necresaary stimulus to get back on the front foot with regards exploration & finally show just what they do actually have on their licence area.

Maybe but, at long last we hear this:

"In addition, it will look to increase exploration activity at site with a view to extending the life of mine."

so they'll finally now have to get drilling at Eastern Pakrut, Sulfidnoye & Rufigar. All these are right on their doorstep in the 6,000 hectare licence area.

6 year remaining mine life stands out

The update reflects a substantial reduction in the Mineral Resource Estimate released by the Company (under its previous name of Kryso Resources plc) on 17 June 2013, and reflects the Company's increasing knowledge and access to the underground ore body as operational work has progressed.

Hmm
Cheers
Wan!

Still sub-£10m Mkt Cap.Let's see where price of Gold moves up to as/when the FED is forced to cut rates to avert a recession / some sort of major financial crisis & inflation re-accelerates higher. This is obviously still very risky but, there may come a time when US$ & US$ denominated debt is dwarfed by significant rise in price of Gold.

I still keep hold here on the basis that I still believe the US$ is going to be usurped and in that melee, price of Gold is going to go onwards to new ATH's.
$ denominated Debt may also be swept away in the process / become less of a drag here.

We should be back smelting soon.

Production halted 23rd Feb - Gold was $1,825 & share price was 2.86p

Production will restart with gold now circa +$150/oz & management advise; "the Company believes that notwithstanding this interruption it will be able to recover annual gold production to similar levels to last year"

They may not be able to influence the weather but, they have most certainly recovered from this avalanche far quicker than the first one - they have learnt and applied some of that learning.

even if only applying the law of averages, this company surely going to catch a break at some point :-)

Still a lot of buying at this price. Should stabilise around the 3p level for now.Rising gold price is of setting this little drama. No more bad news please.

someone busy in the auction and once again cleared out the seller at 2.4p. Even got the House (WHI) moving on the order book & they're skint.

Depends on the company and industry he is talking about - and the audience he is attracting - with CNG I would suggest the pull back to £Xm m/c is very very important to investors. It's just simply cheap with a company on the small cap market that won't dilute and is producing and selling Gold. Cash flow is less important to a mine owned 100% by a few very wealthy investors, including the Chinese state - producing and selling a commodity which is desired by the Chinese.

he would carry more credibility if he focused on enterprise value & cashflow rather than mcap & in ground resource

Generally I agree but the board of CNG won't be paying for this kind of PR. Think he knows he needs a few winners too. A month or two will say 'I picked this stock at 1.6p' and gain more followers for the stocks he is paid for

Just remember this bloke, Alan Green, is not independent.
He is being paid (via his company Brand UK Ltd.) by someone / some entity to come up with these interviews and 'analysis' & listening to his interview, I'd suggest his 'research' is cursory at best - more like he's cobbled together a few paras based on some bullet points that he's been handed.
