Enigma. The astonishing thing is that CHLL has got through £7.5m in a year. That was clear to everybody who cared to look at the accounts but Swann seemed happy to continue to pour cash in. I think he actually believed the figures he was being fed. Until he didn’t. Swann is quite a smart chap so the skim must have been very good.

Is there anything on there that would prepare him for being CEO? No.
Actually after Michcon de Reya he evidently worked for Oakapple Brands from 10/19 to 3/22. There is absolutely no evidence of the existence of this company!

I asked that question to Callum somerton many months ago about phoenix sales as you can see on the website the vape levels go up and down and his answer was ‘ I don’t know ‘as we just sell them a big order of vapes and they supply their buyers .
