Listed Companies that have their yearend before 28th June 2022 can still extend their reporting dated by an extra 2 Months to 6 Months from their yearend under rules bought in by FCA during Covid.Perhaps for example when delays have continued to occur in delivering unpaid for goods to fulfil non existent orders!
