I suppose a “premium”; on return will be determined by the share price of “ the raise”,the quality of the subscribers and the demand for the stock...

I've become a long-ish turner here by accident. I was actually experimenting with breakout trades, and got caught in the suspension. I'm intrigued as to where the price will be when trading resumes. I really have no idea whether we're talking 20% premium or multiples...

No timeline though last announcement they said 'within weeks'. I'm hoping by the end of April well have something. 8 months.We've had lockdown, Brexit and a new US president in that time :)

The merger is now very close with the new post merger company name announced this morning.Insig AI....with proprietary AI and Machine Learning tools the company has a very exciting future ahead and long term shareholders will, imo, be very well rewarded.Looking forward to the relisting.

I've just seen the RNS here and it shows the company as having selected the right man to lead the sales team.

Sachin Kachhla's history looks good and coupled with the attractions and benefits of the launch of a number of new products including Portfolio Insights, Insight's new multi-asset machine learning platform for investment strategy and portfolio interrogation, the future here is excellent.

Indeed a large European asset manager already has the new platform and the new business pipeline is strong!

Once the admission document is published in the coming weeks, shares in the new group will become available.

According to today’s release all is going well with the appointment of head of sales and Cfo.Hopefully relisted within weeks as an AI and machine learning company

I see Spinnaker/Kanobo reverse takeover took just under two years, a fair bit of that time due to regulatory issues relating to cannabis production. Without spacing me out can anyone confirm whether there would be any financial regulatory approvals relating to Insight services that could delay things - can't see any such barriers myself but I'm not in the industry.
