It's only a matter of time until this gets discovered by the press and investment mags/tipsheets. Liquidity is not very high so the shares could well respond explosively. Hopefully everything is up and running, name change, share issues and the like, before it all kicks off.

Insig is Afrikaans for Insight...Insight was founded by Steve Cracknell and Nikhil Srinivasan.Nikhil has been the Group Chief Investment Officer for Allianz, Generali and presently Partner Re.... a true heavyweight in the Investment Industry.He will hold 7.7% of the enlarged capital of the merged company.

Afternoon buying suggests US buying. Hardly surprising!

I very much like the gentle but persistent nature of the rise. Softly, softly catchee monkey as one might say if it's still politically acceptable!

My wife was highly amused by the name Insig.AI as she thought it sounded like an abbreviation for insignificant. Then I told her how much of it we'd got....

Nice surprise to find myself 100% up now! I just tried a small dip into this because of AI and then had a long wait but hey-ho the tooth fairy is in town. Not selling for another year yet at least, despite the new name.

Bound to be some old shareholders taking advantage of their entry price however once the acquisition/renaming complete I can foresee a reclassification in terms of expectations. Nice and steady wins the race

Don’t think you will see many being flipped.

In fact if it were oversubscribed for instance one may think there’s some upwards pressure whilst those that missed out fill their boots.

I have also registered.

In the meantime it is interesting not only to note the regular strong afternoon buying but also the number of astute premium members on the board. I think that speaks volumes!

It certainly makes a refreshing change seeing continued buying following the reverse take over, usually with these and IPO's blatant 'flipping' takes place.

Before that last little rise the rsp was very one sided. Only 3.5k shares available quoted at ANY price but all mm on the bid on the rsp totalling about 60k.

How interesting as someone was able to pick up 250,000 at 85.5p this morning.

The phrase "follow the money" comes to mind. I suspect this share will see a lot of buying during the coming weeks and months.

I’m only one of many armchair analysts but I’m getting more and more excited about the future of Insig AI.

From my chess room, yes I have a special room, the future moves on my chess board for Insig AI look very clear. We have a winning team and many victories ahead.

Yes agree. When this calibre of management join with disruptive technology in a growing market the stars are aligned. It won't take long for this offering to be "must have" just to keep up

I suspect having management of this calibre there are probably a few irons in the fire.

This is about as disruptive as it gets so revenues could grow exponentially once the asset managers realise it’s not a threat but a tool for them to enhance performance.

The 2 main guys ran the AI for Goldman Sachs and from a friend in that sector they lead the way in this area.
