07/12/2020 11:50 | Re the poly shares and placing. "The transaction is contingent upon the approval of a prospectus by the FCA" This prospectus will outline the terms of the deal and relationship agreement and give expected dates for completion. The company will obviously have to inform the market of that detail so we can expect a further announcement imminently on that. So, the information that we have been given is incomplete, and I wonder what has been agreed to in the relationship agreement other than to maintain a 15% minimum holding in exchange for a directors seat? Will Polymetal, for example, be allowed to increase their holding to say 30% if they pay for an extensive drilling program? | excellance
07/12/2020 11:07 | BTW 16.9p is the buy price under the mid price at the moment | 32campomar
07/12/2020 10:17 | Indeed, and the strengthening copper price is emboldening workers and unions at bigger mines (especially in Sth America) potentially causing lengthy shutdowns and adding to the shortage of the red metal and thus putting a fire under the copper price. | soulsauce
07/12/2020 10:14 | These must be sick of the phone ringing with potential acquirers. | excellance
07/12/2020 10:09 | "...That sentiment is clearly shared by some of the world's largest #copper companies, who are doing everything they can to expand existing mines and acquire prospective new deposits..."Tweet this morning from CHF | 32campomar
07/12/2020 10:03 | Nice tweet from CHF this morning | excellance
05/12/2020 15:53 | Ok thanks, so no one know just yet? I was just wondering (not de-ramping) Whether the share price would dip when the new Shares come to market presenting a buying opportunity for some? As I would like to add | cool hand kev
05/12/2020 15:45 | How can you possibly know it is the end of next week ? The new Limited Placing shares are subject to the same approvals as those to be issued to Polymetal and therefore have to await the publication and UKLA approval of the Prospectus. That may come next week or well after. You are just guessing. Not smart. Unless you have insider information in which case you might be wise to stay 'stum'. | furgus ferret
05/12/2020 15:34 | End of next week | pranchalee
05/12/2020 10:59 | When do the new 9p shares come to market? I don’t expect Polymetals to sell theirs but other shares were issued to private investors subject to Approval | cool hand kev
05/12/2020 10:19 | Nice. All a question of timing. Still loads of growth potential here at CHF and ECR. GGP and EUA will have seen most of their growth behind them now. UFO may see some of their growth disappear into the night, who can say? | excellance
04/12/2020 22:57 | The one year comparisons | saturdaygirl
04/12/2020 22:22 | I like ECR but it's probably more risky than CHF. EUA has been a star if you adjust your chart by a month or six. | excellance
04/12/2020 21:13 | There is a similar chart including ECR on the ECR thread | saturdaygirl
04/12/2020 20:52 | SG - UFO has done very well, but it is still at the "dust" stage. Soil samples etc. Good luck to those that hold, but CHF and AYM will catch up and have much more; each different, but much more. | wassapper
04/12/2020 20:16 | Then i added UFO and was slightly astounded having held it for a while ... What other rockets have i missed ...So many small miners on LSE/AIM | saturdaygirl
04/12/2020 20:12 | Holding some of these and watching the others | saturdaygirl
04/12/2020 20:05 | Thanks soul. I have sold lots of other early stagers to accumulate the AYM position after building large here and at ORPH. My guess is despite the potential for many of them, AYM offers the best potential along with CHF and ORPH. I still hold stakes in ORR, KAV, PRE, CORA, HUM and a couple of others. | wassapper
04/12/2020 18:11 | Not sure that's right, the bid never got over 19p i can't see how anyone would have been able to dump so many at that price. | 32campomar
04/12/2020 18:05 | More likely to be the reason that the rise was stopped in its tracks, someone looks like they've dumped starting at 19p | excellance
04/12/2020 17:33 | Big delayed trades from yesterday gone through for up to 19p including one of 600,000 shares, someone is keen to get a piece of the action. | 32campomar
04/12/2020 17:26 | Well done with Aym wassapper. | soulsauce
04/12/2020 17:16 | Aye excellance. A very good week. I'm enjoying the ride here and at AYM - still very early days there and a very good entry point if you have the cash. | wassapper
04/12/2020 16:20 | Really happy with today's performance all being considered, fewer weak hands and assay results due any day now. I can't wait for Monday... | excellance |
