In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: -
Chesnara's (CSN.L) issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprised of 150,855,587 ordinary shares of 5p each with no shares held in Treasury. Each share carries one voting right and therefore the total number of voting rights is 150,855,587.
This figure of 150,855,587 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
