Yes, and the point and figure is looking good too. It might have a last gasp upwards before capitulation but it is going down.

Can't see it holding these highs into the end of year close.

And now for some end of year forecasts. Next year we will see the DOW down to 6000 and sometime in 2011 4000 !!!

Hi Chestnuts.........I am sure you are having White mas where you are!
I think chances are that we have a new dollar than gold. For example a 10:1 dollar old to new. In a way this makes gold more expensive. This will allow the market to rise and continue to devalue gradually the new dollar. This will not empower the Chinese, who wants this.... In other words continuation of the same. This until a new concept from the governing order comes along to save capitalism the new capitalism sort of ...as the failure of the old one has let many people who believed in it down.

Hi Andonis
Hope you are well
I have lots of cycles for this January relating to the US $ and Gold it is a possibility that we all go back to some form of a gold standard in the new yr, it would make sense if they revalued gold at around $15000 an ounce as they could then repay their debts with gold, the chinese would be happy the indians would be happy, the English would hang brown as he gave half our gold away, ( i reckon the labour party will push him over in Jan any way.)
