sorry andonis, BAO actually raised GBP2.75m at 6.0p in October 2009, not 5p. my mistake.

so 4.5p is quite low imo, but the seller is still around there, he is not finished yet. I could not resist and bought some at 4.5p. But of course it doesnt matter what I think, market will decide whichever direction it wants to go!

yes andonis, the company fundies is actually quite good as far as I know.

they did placing at 5p couple of month ago. so they are funded till end of 2010 I believe.

copied this from BAO thread:

Baobab Resources plc (BAO:AIM) is a Mozambique focused iron ore, base and precious metal exploreer. The company has a largeland-holding covering five discrete project areas. The Tete iron ore asset is emerging as Baobab's flagship project.

Tete magnetite - ilmenite project

- 47.7Mt maiden Inferred Resource declared at Chitongue Grande prospect.

- 400Mt - 700Mt Exploration Target in Massamba Group area.

- Positive scoping study results indicate significant project upside.

- Close to critical infrastructure and complementary resources.

- Strategic partnership with IFC.

Recommendation - 26 June 2009

We maintain our Buy recommendation, with an unchanged target price of £0.18/share.

Thanks Sir re Bao chart. I should have spotted it is a "Ascending Broadening Wedge"!! so target could be 1p again then. IF it end up with a downward breakout.
