All about position sizing, the risk vs reward into this drill was well north of a 10 bagger on success.

Obviously you would be mad to hold a major position into 30% CoS drill, that being said by peoples reactions taking it out the company or other people just goes to show how novice some people are.

They are chasing elephants they missed this time but still have around $15million cash (I assume going by drill time) and have many months to close out a farm in on their two other drill ready prospects in 2019.

Will need patience but not over yet, oil price extremely favrouable towards the industry.

Surely a small oil company should leave the high risk areas to the Exxons of this world. I can’t see the logic of holding large blocks in places like these unproven provinces and then being among the first to drill? Let Exxon et al do the proving or otherwise, first!

As someone says above, ECO are much better placed, with Exxon drilling into a block adjoining ECO’s first, and having a bloody good chance of success.

Roll on the day when they can actually see oil in these prospects, and not having to guess if it’s oil or water!

Joto, where do you can be up with your utter rubbish sometimes COS of zero. Yes, this was very high risk, those invested took a gamble and unfortunately hasn't paid off. To gloat or remind them of what in your view was a 'dead cert' of no oil says more about you! The reality is, any pure explorer, especially frontier stuff, is a gamble. The money will slowly dwindle away. Even RKH had the sense to buy some producing assets whilst they assessed the reality of producing with PMO

Many have drilled in Namibia and found nothing, they found their targets but were water wet.Don't slate them for trying, they are an exploration company, well seems like drilled very efficiently so costs reduced.

Viking , COS has always been zero % here , you must be down £50k at least , go with tlw if you need to recoup your loses.

Its a flat dead cat weighing 5 tonnes, there will not be any bounce. Not enough money to drill any more wells.........

So that means, placing.

Expect it to crash below 3p by the end of today, once the day traders trying to get a bounce all sell out again.

Personally I think it's bad when certain rampers talk up the potential oil then are not even holding when the results come out.

Same person was doing the same in AAOG.

Advfn is as bad as the LSE, too many dishonest people out there now

The natural way to go into these plays is in a company like Tullow or perhaps ECO. Otherwise you are looking at roll of the dice with nothing left if it fails.

Why not, if people have sold while touting a spectacular result to come on a drill
then it is a pump and dump.

And you are one of the worst conmen for that on this forum
