31/8/2009 21:38 | And here is the final drop... | andonis
29/8/2009 09:03 | 5th wave Extensions.... Absolutely textbook stuff.... Wonderful example...Note tthe retraces..Note also the Fibonaccis drawn they illustrate it so well those superb examples.....PERFECT | andonis
28/8/2009 06:19 | Thanks to Andyb from the SPX thread. | andonis
27/8/2009 20:25 | This may be coming... | andonis
27/8/2009 20:09 | closed at 9580 as it will go higher anyway.... | andonis
27/8/2009 19:39 | short the dow at 9595 | andonis
26/8/2009 07:37 | An intermediate scenario allowing for 10k but not as quickly as the bullish scenario. Inother words it will take longer to go there. Longer means 15 to 20 days longer approximately. | andonis
25/8/2009 19:50 | Perfect Fib extension ...as per 1110 post...... | andonis
25/8/2009 19:41 | post 1111 9615 was hit today as predicted spot on and started to retrace. | andonis
25/8/2009 06:06 | Now you can see (the bullish scenario) below why the 10300 scenario is a high probability from the following 4 charts at different scales all are structured to fit in the 10300 level. Clearly if it is to go this way, then it must rise fast..as shown approximately...but as said above, when everybody thinks its going up it is when one must consider the possibility I mentioned above, that the 4th wave of the October 2007 descent is done and we go for lower lows. So patience until all is to be revealed soon. Ideas are here but trading them is another story and each on their own. | andonis
25/8/2009 05:22 | Now you see, this chart above may turn and go back up to 9630 to complete, without loosing its essence. Therefore there is a risk in it if you worrry short term. However it did drop to 9454 this morning which is a nice drop for those who traded it well. Now to close this saga.....If this comes back up and goes above 9630 then this scenario will need revisiting! Whether the chart is right or wrong I care much less provided I have traded right the most probable and safest scenarios. ;-) For me, the idea of post #1088 in here is still possible. I think by the end of this week things will be clearer. If this does not shoot up like a third wave and by the end of this week hangs below 9500 we may see some surprises and have this tank down to a lower low within a month! So one has to be careful as this is in course for over 10k but at the same time there is a smaller chance perhaps but its there that it can turn to go much lower. When everybody is bullish as currently most people are, this is the time to question the wisdom of it............Be Rich! | andonis
25/8/2009 05:01 | tpaul and now to answer your technical question. Since you did not understand my chart, I will put it another way just for you, just to thank you for your concern bout me. ;-) I hope that you can see this one better. | andonis
25/8/2009 04:35 | Well at the moment I am short in small stake from last night. No long positions if you worry about me. Thanks for your concern. I did not see you post your positions. I did get caught on my shorts from the last spike up. Thats what stops are for. Do I change my mind when trading? YES I DO. See my last posts last night in FTSE with morning crescent. +30 points to this minute as a result. tpaul, when it comes to money I change my mind for better odds, yes I do! Only the fools do not. I post chart ideas, for discussion and thats why you visit here....My methods are NOT only Elliotts. I use other indicators as well. But how I trade is my business, and I do not post all my tradings because I do not try to persuade people to follow my trade. Occasionally I post how I trade and this is open to criticism quite right. The charts are ideas, and if I post a chart it does not mean I have invested also in what it shows.... when people wish to discuss them fine if not I am not bothered. Hows your trading by the way. Are you bullish? | andonis
25/8/2009 04:09 | i agree with Erik Ando, lately youve swung from bearish to bullish to bearish to bullish.. i hope you havent lost too much. Maybe you should look at some other kind of analysis? the chart in #1104 what is it, Ive no idea what it is but its certainly not ew? | tpaulbeaumont
24/8/2009 21:57 | yea at least! | andonis
24/8/2009 18:59 | This broke out last Friday currently at £3 but imo looks as though it will head up to £3.6o area in short term | ukgeorge
24/8/2009 18:56 | Here is another way of looking at it.... | andonis
24/8/2009 18:44 | Agree mate. Target 9135 of course. We'll see. | eriktherock
24/8/2009 18:42 | erik had a look at the chart and corrected it a little. This looks possible. But also possible is the inverse H&S which may take us much higher. I think short term this may retrace. We will see. It can go to 9625 ish and this solution can still hold. | andonis
24/8/2009 18:39 | andnis, you've become a little like the froth on top of the waves blown here and there :-) | eriktherock
24/8/2009 18:37 | Well having looked at the Elliotts here I come with a scenario which is bearish. | andonis
24/8/2009 08:21 | We know that overnight this level has gone up well, so we expect this to rise probably to the level 9625 as i said before and then ease back to 9500 as support. Overall this fib shows that to the level of 10350 she is building well towards. | andonis
24/8/2009 08:17 | This chart shows that if today the price rises strongly then the resistance line has been breached and higher prices on the way. There is always the possibility that there will be some retrace at this level. | andonis |
