Fairenough, I think you have a problem trying to determine fact from fiction. My post (1604) is a statement of fact. It's completely laughable that you seem to think that there's some kind of ulterior motive behind it. I've mentioned 'the fact' that I've bought in to SMDR and BLVN to simply once again acknowledge what I've said in an earlier post - 'that I think oil companies will do well this year.' Why don't you try to be more constructive instead of posting all the inflated hype and conspiracy theory rubbish that your renowned for.

share go in and out of favour. interesting if that is accurate and FOGL trades at 30% discount to cash.. then this seems risky at 22p. namibia is out of favour at the moment.

I didn't see much of the last CEO,but listening to Larry I like his delivery style. Its believable, truthful and he lays out the facts plain and simple.
Did some miss FULLY FUNDED through to end of 2014?

A really good/useful presentation imo and all interested should listen to it in full.

It would not surprise me if Chariot take action against some of the posters who can only be described as having run a campaign with the intent of depressing the share price. The campaign might even have been libelous in parts.

Ronan re: "poop here" - Agreed, but where there's muck (although it may not be poop) there's money.

Yep, I am also still averaging down, ave now 25p - As I mentioned earlier, I can see this rising to 32p on speculation alone with regards results of HRT's, Tullows's drilling ;-)

Charts are also indicating that the share price is well oversold

Chariot Presentation Feb 19. 2013.

For those that have n't already watched it please watch yesterdays presentation link. It gives a refreshing ripost to the numerous bashers that have suddenly appeared. The facts are there and the positive intent is very clear. Larry B. narrates and he does n't sound like a man who is trying to do a company down.

Do FOGL have diversified blocs in Namibia/Morocco/Mauritania where each have the capacity for Giant finds?

How are FOGL getting on with the Argy claims?

Plus HRT are set to start drilling near Chars blocs in the next few weeks, followed by Tullow in Mauritania.

FOGL cash 44p versus 32p share price from my calculations a couple of months back.

I work out CHAR at 22-24p cash? Sound right?

FOGL trades at 33% discount to cash. Is there any reason that this won't happen here? That would suggest CHAR settling around 16p?

Not saying this is going to happen, but any reason FOGL is being picked on?

And found this on iii as well ...good!!

"I have copied some of the allegations made on here to the powers that be.

Keyboard warriors may have to justify their claims.

Get revising guys. Good luck to all holders. R"

Of course - revising will not help - they keep the history. Bring it on Chariot - hit those who are spreading false allegations where it hurts...

On iii

"For anyone saying the BOD is corrupt, should take a warning that 2 AIMS company last year took people of III Bulletin Boards to court for saying such things if my memory serves me right.. so be careful in what is said only a kind word of warning."

I for one hope Chariot come after posters who are giving disinformation and making what some would consider libelous comments. Bring it on Chariot - kick their ass!

HRT are pretty confident of finding oil.
Tullow have a great drilling record.

Lets see if the doomsters are still OUT come HRT spud.

Don't forget HRT have yet to announce their second drilling partner in Namibia. If its BP then 2 and 2 make....?

fairenough11

Exactly right - however once HRT start drilling, which is very soon, then rumours will be rife, and speculation alone with regards a result will be enough to take this up at least 50% from this point.

"Right now markets writing off Namibia and therefore expecting HRT to drill dusters."

At the time of the disappointing Nambian drill results, many pointed out that it was a good year before anything to stimulate the price was on the cards. As far as I can see,it still remains a good year. Thus, hot money ,if you can call it that,is coming out of the shares and they remain for the patient

But HRT are drilling adjacent Licence end of March. A successful result would dramatically re-rate Chariot and could justify instant doubling, perhaps even trebling of share price if enhances prospectivity of the Central Licence?

ie a good HRT result and Chariot should be able to farm out on attractive terms plus of course markets will think now good chance of success.

Right now markets writing off Namibia and therefore expecting HRT to drill dusters. Hence the reason for Chariot trading at 22.5p is not lack of short term excitement but the expectation that the HRT result will wipe out any chance of farming out the Central Licence.

No one's going to bid 75p for a company valued in the market at 23p,that simply doesn't happen.A bid is highly unlikely to emerge at this juncture in the company's development. The stock is falling sharply simply because the time horizons have been extended. At the time of the disappointing Nambian drill results, many pointed out that it was a good year before anything to stimulate the price was on the cards. As far as I can see,it still remains a good year. Thus, hot money ,if you can call it that,is coming out of the shares and they remain for the patient. This stock has got a touch of the Victoria Oil and Gas about it.Over hyped on Namibian drilling hopes, the stock appears to becoming something of a ragbag of African oil interests.Who knows,we might still get lucky a few years down the line but for now the stock is plagued by stale bulls.
