Rather confusing write up from ST last week. He talks up potential but then recommends a Hold. Not sure if anyone knows for sure which way this stock is heading

I just got a glossy Chariot annual report through the post, that's a first!
I've only got 45k shares so that's a bit weird.
Maybe I'm negative, but it's worrying if they're sending the likes of me this! .. and a waste of our money!
Anyone else get one?
