Announcement re: Full year results for the year ended 31 May 2022

Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that the Company has been informed by its auditors that the audit for the year ended 31 May 2022 is taking longer than anticipated.

The Company currently expects the audited results to be in line with the results included in the Company's trading update dated 8 July 2022 and is aiming to report final results by the end of October 2022.
