V good long & short term divergence - you can see the damage the dilution did to the OBV so some overhang - but nicely poised - gd news & volume in a timely fashion here may provide the required catalyst. Jarvis is currently long 15,000,000 shares. If Osc's punch through midline and hold thats a good sign.
