£650k left to convert so around 60 million shares to be issued this is becoming a right pain. How many convertable notes are there I thought we cleared them all last week.

Funds for other new ventures probably as last weeks cln's will take them to at least until end of Nov 17. I think they received £460K cash So they don't need funds for in-house expenses with these latest issue.
All we need is an RN's stating another project on its way or new developer commence's and this will see 2p + in an instant.

exactly monies maybe for ny wheel maybe another aquisition definately help if they said something, in the mean time another small wait for stock to clear now although most would have been forward sold

sigora - would be good if the company could clarify in an rns. perhaps money is needed to fund project/ keep % stake in the NYC project unchanged (new contractor/extended timeline etc additional costs) ?

On reflection if the notes were converted at 1.20p a share then buying more at 1.15p a share may be profitable - eventually. Hard to buy though as is not unusual.
