Well like i said yonks back word was that they were ready to buy it from they administrator, looks like they may get it even cheaper than that by robbing the shareholders again.
I wonder how Rhodes sleeps at night? disgraceful ! I'm just waiting for the cancellation of his latest share options AGAIN and then re-issue at probably 1/2p.
Give him a ring and ask him how he can explain all the good news RNS whilst he must have secretly know the company had no funds to continue into 2008 when the Toyato business fell flat on its face? ask him why the company waited until a few months back to issue the funding concerns?
Top class bloke is our Mr. Rhodes, he has absolutely no shame whatsoever, just blame everyone else.
Still how many share has he bought in the open market i wonder like the shareholders that are going to get fleeced again?
Ask him go on ask him and at the sametime ask him just were he thinks the buck stops at CUC with regards the 99.9% destruction of shareholder value!

From results posted June 07

"Based on current forecasts, the company will
have insufficient working capital beyond October 2007 to fund the forecast sales
growth for new contracts and therefore will need to put in place additional
funding by that date."

That means they must have secured more funding or they would be bust by now.

Interesting to see they started advertising a job at the end of October. It indicates that they expect to be around for a while yet.


Also i note Investor relations page was updated 26th 0ctober 2007. Get any one tell me what the change was please?

CUC are about to make an announcement regarding re financing and a new contract win.

"5 October 2007 Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company") The Directors are pleased to confirm that trading for the year to 30 September 2007 was in line with expectations. The Directors also are pleased to report satisfactory progress with regard to the ongoing funding of the business, though as yet no conclusion has been reached on the terms on which such funding will be provided. A further announcement in this regard will be made in due course."

"The Company has a clear strategy forward for new business and expects to announce a further contract win before the end of this financial year."


In March 2007 they got a £1m loan convertible at the average mid market price over the following 5 months. That's about 12p per share.

Any new stock issued will be at least that price.

With New contracts signed in 2007 revenues are set to increase significantly.

Contract with Toyota phased in between November 2007 and December 2007

Contract Win with Honda launched Q4 of 2007.

Contract Win to supply Audi to be fitted during Q1 of Centurion's financial year ending September 2008

"I can report that Centurion is in some form of dialogue with over 80% of the global vehicle manufacturers operating in Europe. We anticipate that by the end of this financial year, we will have doubled our client base from the same period last year."

How long does it take to draft up the words "not aware of any reason for the share price fall" with your broker/nomad? With other companies its about 1/2 hour after the big fall.

The Directors noted the share price change and are currently drafting a RNS with our Broker/Nomad which will be issued shortly.
