My point all along has been that "LOL" summed up that RNS 100%

"I can't be bothered - you're an idiot."

Oh boy!

The original "Audi China LOL" post was just that - post number 990 on May 15th. A pointless, stupid, idiotic comment from someone who is , apparently, so eloquent with the figures. The post you've cut & pasted above came more than a week and 50 posts later.
My whole point throughout this whole saga - as I keep saying over and over again - was that your original comment was stupid, 3 words that meant nothing. That is why I tried to add some proper reasoning to it. Since then, you've just demonstrated that you're a complete nutter who obviously doesn't like Chris Rhodes.
Oh and you've obviously got a calculator, but lost your dictionary somewhere.

I can't be bothered - you're an idiot.

"....So shall I repost the full version of my "Audi China LOL" post then?
I recall you refused to answer all the facts I raised in that post?..."

Here, let me save you the bother.....

Audi china? lol

Now, please tell me which, out of "all the facts" you would like me to answer.
You really are a complete a*hole - oh and sorry for the typographical error whereby I accidentally added a "g" to the end of English. Anyone reading your posts will know that your (or is it you're?) English is too (or is it to?) poor to take you seriously.

You just keep posting the same cr4p on here, old boy, over and over about ebuyer, HSBC etc. etc. - I'm sure no-one's reading it anyway.

Oh My God, you're even more full of bile and sh!t than I thought.

1. Your predictions aren't "spot-on" - you got this one wrong for a start.
2. You didn't get the administration date wrong by 5 weeks as you say - they're not in administration, so you just got it WRONG. - even if you did give yourself a 15 week window in which to say "look at me, I got it spot on".
3. I'm not sad or bitter, but no, I can't say "well cent I disagree with you but you have the finances spot on." because you haven't.
4. My head is not stuck down the chairman - nor am I the chairman with my head stuck down (again, your poor grasp of the Englishg language leaves me unsure as to your intended meaning).
5. "word is that ravens are not playing ball" where did you get this cr4p from? or did you just make it up like you do with most of your "information" and "calculations"?
6. A 10 year old could have done a simplified calculation of how much cash is there? / how much does it cost per month to run? = how long we've got before the cash runs out. But in the real world, there are other factors to consider which you obviously aren't aware of with your obviously low level of education and understanding.
7. My hot air? Everything I've said is a country mile away? Erm - I haven't commented on the finances (except to ask whether there's enough cash) - once again you're proving that you have an inability to read and understand. As RPACo said some time ago - you really can't be that thick (or maybe you can)
8. Again I say slowly. - All I did was to explain what the RNSs meant, and put up some valid comments that meant more than your idiotic "Audi China LOL"

I really would like to know who you think I am. You are obviously so wrong with that as well as much of the rest of the bile you put on this board.
Moron!

I am now calling this suspended within the next 15 weeks!
_________________________________________________________________

Time's up, quarter-dollar. I thought you were 100% confident that you'd got this "prediction" spot-on!
Or was your "prediction" just another shot-in-the-dark, trying to sound as though you know what you're talking about? Or are you relying on your "recalculation" of June 23rd?

Still waiting to see all these facts and figures that you have that you're basing your calculations on - or are they really, as we suspect, just blind guesses with no substance at all?

Well if you try and sell above the normal market maker size of a massive 500 shares you get 9.5p for your shares.
Looks like the MM's dont want to left holding these.

Well at least we agree on one thing then.
I would think that this will drift down and down until any news of any miracle refinancing.
Then again in this sector a new RNS about a all singing and dancing contract win is the norm two weeks before suspension.
HSBC must be laughing from the top of the tower, and poor old Robert maybe considering going back to the pigs, no government will bail him out of this investment.

Quote "I don't get any satisfaction by being right again clueless do you feel even any twinge of embarrassment seeing all my predictions come to fruition in just one set of results?"

No. I don't feel any embarassment at all. I never said it was a good share, I never said Rhodes was a great CEO, I never said it wouldn't have financial difficulties - in fact I posted "would they run out of money before the contracts made profit" comments many times.

All I ever did was to discuss the RNSs on individual merit, and try to interpret them for those who don't know the sector very well.

Blue Lagoon.
How are you getting on finding a buyer for this one??? They look vulnerable to a bid and it would only take three shareholders to put this one in the pot. What price would shareholders accept. I would take 20p.

It looks as though the contracts with these blue chip companies are squeezing the margins so tight that news of even more of these type of contracts is actually 'bad' news. The loss rate seems to be increasing in percentage terms to buisness completed.
This company needs a miracle..

Last years Intrims were in June. The later these Intrims come in the worse one can expect them to be.The continued decline going into them suggests even more bad news...perhaps terminal.
My original punt is now worth a mere £140...is it worth banking that?

Hi Roccoco,

for reasoned comment, just don't bother reading any of the fluff that 25cent puts up (and ignore my jousting with him, too - I got a bit sucked in for a while).
This new chap - football - also seems to think along the same lines as 25Cent, so I'm guessing they could be related! He also accused me and rpaco of being the same person (which we're not - I worked with rpaco for about 15 years and am deeply offended to be mistaken for him - and I'm sure he'll be offended to be mistaken for me too!)

Good luck with these - I really hope they rise long term, although I don't hold anymore.

I hope that your maths are right, now find us a buyer or preferably two!!!
PS It is good to see reasoned comment for a change. Perhaps there is hope for this old dog.

Unfortunately I am a holder of this one and last week I started doing some research. The Company went into profit in the summer of last year but now appears to be losing money again because C rhodes could not handle the changeover of old to new product with Toyota which appears to be 80 to 90% of their current sales. This looks like a classic case of Directors feathering their nest at the expense of shareholders. I see Rhodes paid himself 170k last year and no doubt more this year, with all of the Directors upto the same trick. I believe that this company should be sold to another player now that it has some substantial contracts on board. I imagine that at the end of the year its accumulated losses will be about £ 9 million which could be accessed by a profitable company in the same sort of market. £9 million at 22.5% is £2million which should equate to the nett debt which then values the company at the value of the contracts. My guess is that when the new contracts come on stream together with revamped Toyota the turnover could be between 15 and 20 million although gross margins will be reduced. If a new company comes on board it will be good bye Rhodes et al plus half of the remaining team could go making a very profitable bolt on for another company. If the Company had £15 million turnover and took out half of its £1.8 million staff cost it should make £1.5 to £2 million earnings before tax and interest. The company would be a steal to the right buyer at £7.5 million. How much a share is that?
The accounts say that there are 7.8 million shares but Ravensworth and Rhodes etc have options but it must surely value shares at about 75p. I am sure that I have missed something. Any comment???

I disagree rpaco 25c has the hard facts and clueless seems to not like the fact that someone knows a lot more about CUC than he does.
He seems to have taken it very badly and started using silly personal attacks against 26 who to be honest seems to be enjoying winding the obviously furious cluesless up.
I read this board from now and then , in from pre 50/1 consolidation and I have to say I have never seen you post before? are you clueslss? because if your not you sound very very much like him,
Just my 2p worth.
Cent shall I sell these? are they really going down the pan? I only have a few now but you seem to have some kind of knowledge on the finances of the companies in this sector.

Let's hope your scrubbing is better than your English grammar and comprehension, or you are likely to be squelched from there as well.

The problem is that you couldn't really be that thick in misunderstanding a good 50% of 2Clueless's posts, so you must be doing it deliberately. In which case your employer is wasting his money since you must spend large portion of the day formatting your posts so as to disguise any shred of intelligence so effectively.

Just for the record I didn't work for CUC or its bank either, but did spend 30 years in the same industry, and can therefore state to others that 2clueless is not at all clueless and does have a comprehensive and deep knowledge of the industry

You can celebrate the fact, that by your persistent display of pig ignorance and personal attacks on other posters you have now (in a minute) driven me (and probably many others) away from what was an interesting thread.

"Goodbye cruel world etc" (exits left in doleful manner)
