Mitchy, you are holding from ages back. Did you ever average down? Are you tempted to add at these levels?

Looking at the monthly and weekly charts very carefully. Taking out the noise of the short term charts ie daily 4hr 1hr etc. As I said yesterday 180 is the last chance saloon here. The share price has twice used this level as a major support (not just short term suppory) If 180 fails I fully expect a very fast move down. At the moment the share price is very near the bottom of the downward channel which also basically coincides with the 180 level. It goes xd very shortly. It's a proper bear squeeze here. Alot of people will be hurting, myself included. I'm holding all unless 180 goes. This is so bombed out I expect buyers to stop in as this is set up for a bit of relief.

Markets near their all time highs and cna at an all time low (for recent times) . Doesn't bode well for the future does it?This could drop like a stone through it's support level if the markets decide a correction is due...Brexit, North Korea, interest rate hike, property price fall etc

It was May who said there was no magic money tree, she she balls up the election,
and suddenly found the tree to bribe corrupt DUP MP's to keep her in power!
Who would vote Tory? Why vote at all they are all as bad as each other.

Ei the tories are putting on a show of unity behind theresa today as they are aware of dangers. The tories also have their people readying the battleground. The big thing here is the tories are in power and they know precisely the situation. The conservatives need to promise the earth to tge electorate to level the playing field. I'm thinking legalise drug use and free university, free stuff kind of helps the appeal. If cna goes below 180 I will sell at least some of my now considerable holding.

Mark, the danger, or otherwise depending on your politics is very real.

Here is a useful stat- In the 20 most marginal constituencies following June,
only approx 19,000 votes separate the entire 20 seats.

Labour have a list of their 60 marginal target seats and are already
at work there driving up party membership numbers.
This started within days of the last election.

While the Tory party are consumed by Brexit.

My other half is a Labour party member, so the above is not intended as an anti
LAB rant.

Imo the only way labour would ever win power is with a moderate agenda and a charasmatic leader. Mr Blair in the 90s springs to mind.

Yes skinny if 180 fails run for the hills as it's 115 . There is much to play for at 180 though. 180 is the line in the sand

Not everyone is rating CNA a sell; From Investomania today'Centrica has been a popular income stock for many years. I think this could increase in future as the company moves away from oil and gas activities and towards energy supply and management. I feel a more resilient business model could be on offer which makes dividend payments more predictable. With a dividend yield of 6.3% and the potential for higher profitability from cost saving measures, I'm upbeat about Centrica's income prospects'.
