Board Change

CentralNic Group plc (AIM:CNIC), the internet platform that derives revenue from the worldwide sales of internet domain names, announces that, following the completion of the integration of Instra Group, Desleigh Jameson has decided to leave CentralNic Group and resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Desleigh joined the Group in January 2016 when it made the AU $33 million (approximately GBP20 million at August 2017 exchange rates) acquisition of Instra Corporation ("Instra"), where she was CEO.

Ben Crawford, the Company's CEO, said "The integration of Instra's operations in to the Group structure is complete and the Board wishes to thank Desleigh for her hard work in very quickly merging the highly successful Instra business in to the ever-expanding CentralNic. We wish her the very best of luck for the future."
