I see this has been subject to a PUMP AND DUMP!!!!!
Always a sign to avoid .
Seen it so many times , distressed holders ramping it in a desperat attempt to escape escalating losses.

This is a poor company in a very poor sector which has struggled to make any headway against print.
Swapping print dollars for digital pennies is the well known industry saying.
Not good ................AVOID!!!!

£5,4 million in debt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And what does it do ?
It increases its debt burden laughably .
So now it wishes to spend a £40 million debt facility on aquisitions to try and pull it into profit ?

Basically gamblers then.
Borrow and spend like there is no tomorrow in the hope one of them will make some dough lol.
You will be waiting a long time in my opinion .
Why bother , plenty better options out there.
Innit!!!!!!

Will be giving this one a thorough going over.
Shall phone the CEO as soon as and get the skinny from the horses.
