No idea how you make that claim ... but agree there has been a seller keeping the price low.

The MMs are taking this share down and up on very low volumes ... as shown today with a couple of small buys pushing the price back up to 112-117.

You may find some of that was from the EBT scheme too. Not done that this month yet.

Perhaps Invesco have also taken on some shares?

Overall nothing to worry about here. If someone was dumping shares the share price would be heading southwards quickly. If it's Cannacord that sold out with many buying up the rest of their shares. I found it odd when Cannacord took over HH holding as they are in same industry as Cenkos. Conflict of interest?

Fact is 2 investors have been trading stock here for a few weeks now. With others buying and selling on the high and lows. 854,066 shares traded in last 4 weeks before today. If these deals draws this to a close you could see some decent traction northwards here as the selling pressure goes away.

I'm not up to speed with existing shareholders so don't know who seller is likely to be

They won't be cancelled. The trades have gone through. Cenkos have mopped up part of the 6.5m trade. Guessing 2 other parties did the same. We should get an RNS from either Cannacord or Invesco in next day or so. Unless someone else below 3% took some shares.

Meant to add this from the announcement...

Following the purchase of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 55,310,035 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and will hold 1,384,748 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

Nice one goldry .. hence the price rise recently - not sure how Cenkos managed to get 107 .... but there we go.

That volume is quite large ....... and far more than the 50,000 each month we are used to.

Will those other 107p trades be cancelled?

If so, I'd be really annoyed as the £5,000 seller at 112p.

I count just under 13 million shares traded? If I had to guess we have reverse trades here at an agreed price. Which might mean Cannacord have sold out? Albeit they have about 7.4m shares. Albeit they have been the likely seller lately so could be below 7.4M shares anyway.

Cannacord are very good at doing RNS.

Not enough shares ... they only have 15% ... 38% of shares apparently are not in public domain.

Looking back, huge volume spikes of this magnitude do occur but somewhat infrequently.

Berenberg were appointed alongside Cenkos as joint corporate broker in Oct 2016. Cenkos have therefore missed out on this round of fundraising...

lol speeds. I nearly ground to a halt there! This one has paid good divis and it is very disappointing to see the share price languish. All the uncertainty and shenanigans have been detrimental to what is fundamentally a good company in a good earnings environment.
