Not heard of them myself but this AIM listed investment firm took part in the IPO and has RNS'd today -

Ed McDermott, CEO of FastForward, commented: " We are pleased to see another CBD wellness company IPO here in London. Once again the allocations were disappointing due to a significantly oversubscribed book. However, we are very excited that the London Stock Exchange is fast becoming a destination for both medical cannabis and over the counter cannabinoid wellness companies."

Reading the threads on reddit & twitter lse etc, looks like lots of buys waiting for this morning but I guess many will take profit too. Hope this ticks up so ipo-ers be more tempted to hold

Is all in the prospectus; 164m shares locked in for 12 months., 91m shares locked in for 6 months. Has a total of 504m shares in issue

All major shareholders are locked in for a period of 12 months. Shareholders at the 1 p level are locked in for 6 months. All IPO shares are not locked in. From reddit
