The account I specified is an ISA as I wasn't aware of that ruling. Any idea what will happen???

I would say its an error on HLs part. I put in orders with PrimaryBid and HL, with PB shares sent to general account and HL shares paid for using ISA cash. Also that explains why I may have got more than the £560 most got.

youd hope with derampers they can at least use a calculator.

shares cant go into an ISA.

Not sure why its showing 83% up rather than increase from IPO share price

From PB's email

ISA / SIPP Restrictions:
Please remember that your allocated shares cannot be transferred directly into a SIPP or ISA account due to HMRC restrictions. You can only transfer your shares into a General Investment Account.

Perhaps HL transferred from your general to your ISA account post facto. Clever idea, if true.

PrimaryBid would not facilitate it but HL did

Well done you - I did not think that was allowed under the placing T&C.

£500 + 2.85% on the next 2k if you submitted a 2.5k interest so max £557 at 5p

Not sure that is correct. I think it is

£500 + 2.85% of anything above £500 to a max of £2,500 in total

So getting 30,000 cut down from 100,000 applied for doesn't really make much sense.
100,000 at 5p = £5,000 applied for, so you get £500 + £4,500 X 2.85% = £614 = 12,280 shares.

To get 30,000 you'd have had to apply for 710,754 shares = £35,588.

Is it Riff Raff, or someone, claiming he got his shares in his ISA at HL this pm? Funny, 'cause this placing was not eligible for ISAs, I read somewhere

Not possible as IPO allocations cannot be made to ISA or SIPP due to HMRC restrictions.

Well done Kev, just a shame so many have been buying in the hype build-up and today, great if people got in on the IPO though!

Sold out my holdings in two lots at 25 and 20p after 5p buys. Clear from kanabo what was going to happen here. Pure pump and dump. Love to be on the right end of it but good luck to all those holding the bags of pish that now exist.

need to get some reality in this sector, it has done well but all companies in UK market have debt and at some time a fund raise placing will be needed. Well done those that got shares....

40p is over a £200m valuation, for what? DB is not endorsing, his mamagement team have just invested £250k (Pocket Money) at 1p a share, so a £5m valuation! And Peter is a Non-Executive Chairman, a couple of hours a week maximum, as he has many other interests with his primary one being ARB!!! They have no IP, nor patents approved etc. No distribution agreements of any meaning either!

How can Bitcoin be worth $50,000 ? If it's in vogue, valuation goes out of the window. It may not be rational but sometimes the market isn't rational.
