01/12/2011 17:08 | Nearly 1% of the company sold this afternoon in a single transaction, and actually at a strong price that i think bodes well for anyone who is long. When you consider the percentage held by insiders and other major shareholders this is a significant portion of the free float sold today. Personally I find it hard to imagine there are many people who hold that many shares and then choose to exit in a single transaction, so to me it suggests a major holder reducing, so I wait in anticipation of a holding announcement tomorrow. | davydoo
17/11/2011 09:25 | I was just able to get an offer of 1.65p for 500,000, big volume and at mid, encouraging. | davydoo
17/11/2011 08:49 | Well at least there does'nt seem to be any overhang of stock, so if the seller(s) have finished we can start going back up again i guess. | lyonst5
16/11/2011 21:36 | lyonst5 - 16 Nov'11 - 14:24 - 3634 of 3636 P.S just noted that online only able to buy 10k but sell 500k ? --- Explains the two small trades for 10,000 in the afternoon, but I have to wonder who bothers buying £170 at a time, with dealing costs that would be incurred. | davydoo
16/11/2011 20:54 | yes, I like the last paragraph too: "Financials: "Our growth has been almost 50% and above in terms of both profit and revenue. Next year, we plan to grow by 100% again. Our growth has been limited by bandwidth and airtime, and the broadcasters don't understand how this is important for a channel," Thakkar said. Cellcast Asia Holdings, all of whose revenues are from India, had revenues of $8.4 million for the 2009-10 fiscal and a profit of $2 million." | mister md
16/11/2011 14:31 | Thanks lyonst, very interesting, particularly the last paragraph about growth expectations. Great to know we have a substantial and now de-risked investment in this business. | davydoo
16/11/2011 14:24 | P.S just noted that online only able to buy 10k but sell 500k ? | lyonst5
16/11/2011 13:34 | So India will launch their channels soon. | lyonst5
07/11/2011 09:09 | Pricing firming up. Just wondering if the seller has finished. Still cannot understand how this seller has not made a declaration (assuming it is same seller who has been dumping). | guru
01/11/2011 23:10 | Any thoughts who is selling? Surely they would have to make a declaration if they have a stake more than 3%? | guru
01/11/2011 16:28 | Why because someone takes a big hit dumping a load of stock? they'd have to sell for 0.4 not 1.4 for this to go sub 1p | davydoo
01/11/2011 16:21 | Erm, sorry. But sub 1p. | topgunns
01/11/2011 15:22 | wow. 1,250,000 sold today in a single trade on PLUS | davydoo
27/10/2011 14:48 | Yes guru. We're up 50% since the 03 Oct lows and TopgunNS has stopped posting about sub 1p. All's good in CLTV world. | davydoo
21/10/2011 11:53 | Is that you Davy? Increasing your holding? regards | guru
20/10/2011 18:01 | Looks like Cellcast is very undervalued now, its just not on anyones radar though. I expect this to creep back to 3p as i dont expect there to be many sellers now | teacup
18/10/2011 11:41 | davy: I think its most likely kiop who is off loading, everyone else who hold large holding is not selling......imho. Lets see how many sellers has left to sell and i wonder when we going to get holding change RNS. | rb1206
18/10/2011 11:29 | I'll get my coat. 250,000 just sold at 1.73, followed by 275,000 at 1.675 on PLUS | davydoo
18/10/2011 10:38 | You can now sell online for 1.73p but theres been no sales, this suggests to me that the seller has either finished selling or has had a change of heart since the results. There were large sales down at 1.3 and 1.2 just a few weeks ago. | davydoo
17/10/2011 18:14 | I'll settle for closing higher then | davydoo
17/10/2011 08:07 | i expected this to open higher, maybe Fridays news isnt fully understood yet, but the sale price achieved for CAH shares could have been an irrelevance if that put option had remained. | davydoo
16/10/2011 19:00 | thanks for clarifying guys... | mister md
15/10/2011 11:35 | Well as davydoo says the last part of the rns is of great importance and now relief. The Canaan put option was let known to be of major concern at Cellcast and also with some of its shareholders, which until now has been like an elephant in the front room, with not a great deal being said but damn hard to ignore. Just to add that Canaan Partners had us by the balls with this put option has they had signed a win win deal in 2007. So happy faces allround i guess. Also bodes well that Cellcast India is looking good for the future as Canaan have decided to terminate the put option and also upping their investment in Cellcast India. Great news. | lyonst5
15/10/2011 09:44 | I would love to see news on Monday that the two 500,000 trades on Friday were the company buying back its own shares. With the CAH deal done, buying back shares would be a great use of some of the proceeds, especially if it clears out a seller. | davydoo
15/10/2011 09:41 | Mister MD... CLTV still own 18% of CAH, which now holds a reduced 70% of Cellcast India. So CLTV own approx 12% of Cellcast India, but its an enlarged Cellcast India with new funding. You didnt paste this bit, which is big news, and removes a huge uncertainty that was hanging over the business. 'In addition, CAH's investors have agreed with to terminate their put right over the Series A Preferred Stock in CAH, details of which were announced by Cellcast on 21 August 2007' | davydoo |
