Norbert, Yep the share price is in a sorry state. Hopefully in a few days i will able to be more specific on my views. And also hopefully in the Interims we will get to the bottom of a few issues that may be causing the sell off of late.

davy: Seller....It cant be u as u are the one who is asking that leaves, Lyonst, he topped up after AGM, so cant think why he would of load now. That Leaves Thomas and KIOP, so it has to be one of them, which one, only time will tell.

Lyonst being very quiet lately, I wonder why..............

Once again, i'll ask. Can anyone give a value for this company based on earnings?

It has lost two thirds of its value since the last results. I used to be able to do a projected value. But no longer.

This is a pure punt now. And the lot depends on CAH. The UK business is contracting.

Almost certainly a buy IMHO and why the MMs were quite happy to take shares on board. DYOR, etc.

500,000 at 1.35p went through late on PLUS, but can't tell if it's a delayed sale from earlier, or a buyer picking up most of the earlier sales.

This seller is nuts, not to be selling, thats up to them, but in the way they are doing it. Selling at 1.2p now, when im sure they could have achieved a better price had they approached the company, broker or other major holders about placing the whole lot.

Also, where are the new holding announcements, as lower thresholds are crossed?

Hi trixter,

Yes, I used to hold CLTV and made a fantastic profit on the investment. Also, yes, used to hold MDC and made a great profit there too

I don't hold either of them any more. Sold out of both a long time ago.

I do still look in on these shares when there is news or a big movement in the share price. Mainly to see if any of the investors have spotted any hidden value, to see if I was right to have sold up such a long time ago, to see if it would be worth re-investing.

In this case, I seem to have made the right decision to have sold up, despite the apparent 'hidden' value in CAH.

Having seen the share price fall, I am wondering whether the value in CAH now outweighs the negative prospects of the UK business. But, there is also the added risk of the track record of the Directors and the new regulations, which puts me off investing.

I'm still interested in hearing the bull case, though, in case I am missing something.

Long term (2 yr) share price performance here very similar to MDC check it out - and 'the analyst' (who appeared here today after a very long absence!) set the fbb up there as well!

Given the rate of fall, you've got to expect a bounce followed by 1p or even less.
