13/6/2007 07:52 | PLUS works well for me - have a few excellent holdings over there, including EYE, EUS and ATGO. The only problem , personally, is that I have to phone my broker for each trade rather than deal direct on the net for other AIM and main market shares. We'll see if this breaks the log-jam anyway. | philjeans
13/6/2007 07:21 | Does anyone have experience of Plus? - Will it shake those three m/ms out of their complacency and create a proper market in CCH shares? It has been obvious for a while that the m/ms antics have rather stupidly suppressed trading, AND their own businesses. They should have sharply raised both bid and offer to get more of those 13m free floating shares turning over. The silly way they compete means that they can only change the status of a share if they do it all together, and they can't do that because of collusion laws. So they are frightened that any sharp move by the onbe will give the others an edge. So they freeze up. | scrutable
13/6/2007 07:18 | how good is plus market as caplay have a stake in a co that is listing on plus on 14 june. | william-just

12/6/2007 16:22 | i think the real market at 4.22pm is 67p sell. 72p buy. | crapcrap
12/6/2007 16:13 | just did a dummy sell with barclays online. was offered 67p for 10,000 shares! | crapcrap
12/6/2007 15:55 | thank you v much. looking forward to it. | moormoney
12/6/2007 15:50 | moormoney it would not be at all difficult to sell 10,000 today but if/when they hit 120p you might have to accept 5p below the bid for NMS, or spread it over three days, go to a different market maker each time and surrender 2p extra each time. But does that matter at 120p? Anyway I shall be very disappointed if we do not get stonking results. PS You are about to receive an analysis ahead of the results from you-know-where. | scrutable
12/6/2007 15:47 | yeah, seems daft scrutable. Apart from anything else, they're doing themselves out of business. Now we're in a stupid situation of having the chart out of sync with the sentiment, and no way of sorting it out without the MM's help. This could be rocketing right now if they let it. | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 15:40 | There are absolutely no shares left in the market. I do not understand why the three market makers do not spike up the bid price to attract sellers. Surely everyone has their price? And are they not supposed to MAKE a market? After all , despite the Nil brothers'86%(?) holding there are 13m shares in free float. that does not explain why there is not a singlke share to buy until somene sells 1400 as happened this morning.. Shareholders are certainly holding on tight. | scrutable
12/6/2007 15:40 | do you think it's going to be difficult to sell say 10000 shares when I want to? I sometimes find with this type of share it's not that easy-- not that I'm planning to offload for quite a while!! | moormoney
12/6/2007 15:34 | gees, it's just quietly powering along. And no-one is batting an eyelid... makes me wonder what folks are expecting come results day. I'm happy with 10% every two days.. Alan | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 15:31 | 786 you caused another tick up--anyone else want to buy some?? roll on next tuesday. | moormoney
12/6/2007 15:23 | Topped up for the final time. That's it ;) All the best gents. regards | 786abdul
12/6/2007 12:36 | Nice holding Scrutable. | mg78
12/6/2007 11:44 | cheers moormoney, I'll have a look at those. The research is very good I agree. | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 11:44 | RGM is the next multibagger from Lemming. | the hog
12/6/2007 11:42 | RGM and don't forget IFL. that's about to move to the main market and hopefully into the ft 250--I'm happy holding those. I've also dipped in and out of ALD and may buy back soon. you can't beat their research! | moormoney
12/6/2007 11:37 | yeah, I got onto SOLA at about £2, and have recently entered RGM, although that might take a while to heat up. missed the TMC boat though. this year however, I've no excuse for not getting multibaggers all round... :-) Alan | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 11:30 | confused, i've been with lemming for 6 months, excellent value. cch, tmc sola all multi baggers for me. | crapcrap
12/6/2007 11:27 | I think so moormoney. Taking scrutable's estimate ranges, eps of 3p leaves (me@67p) on a p/e of 22, not exactly ridiculous for a UK based growth-fiend. At the other end, 6-7p leaves it on 10. That is ridiculous in the best possible way! | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 11:25 | confused cb--you won't regret it it's money well spent. | moormoney
12/6/2007 11:22 | yeah phil, I was green with envy when I traced the stock chart back to October..! Fair play though, you pays your money. Well done so far! I've now subscribed to LemmingInvestor, so hopefully I'll be able to get in early on a few in future.. Alan | confusedcoalboy
12/6/2007 11:12 | just paid 72p for 4121 shares. my broker even tried to put me off! | crapcrap |
