18/11/2015 10:33 | I'm not sure what some of you are talking about. The shares were issued at £0.004649 NOT 0.004649p The conversion was around the share price available to everybody. Buffy | ![]() buffythebuffoon
18/11/2015 09:01 | The funds were already received in February. This is a conversion request from YA. No new cash for CAZA. Interesting that YA want to convert .. They obviously prefer holding equity than being repaid in cash from the potential refinance. For those with a long memory, they did this in Jan 2014 and loaded up on several conversions, the price subsequently rocketed. Are they playing the same strategy? | 1628386
18/11/2015 09:00 | 4p where ?? Ill take it! | ![]() jpleight
18/11/2015 08:52 | This dilution is certainly not great but the only very small positive is that the time lag between Yorkville making the application and shares being issued and announced means that this is not a reflection on the on going saga of the refinance (or not an immediate reflection) Unlike Apollo the Yorkville advance is not secured and there is a limit to the percentage of Caza that they can acquire through this loan. Considering that this load was made some time ago I have often wondered why YA were so slow at starting to get their money back. | ![]() pavey ark
18/11/2015 08:04 | yorkville now agree a deal and the share price goes back to 4p and everyone is happy? | rmart
18/11/2015 07:37 | Unless the have taken a pay cut £100k is not going to last very long. That amount does not go too far in the oil biz. 24m shares is nigh on 10% of equity. I hope they are being prudent. | ![]() valentine
18/11/2015 07:35 | it is a conversion note, they requested the shares. sounds like cheap shares for the boys to me, why would they want those under the circumstances? | rmart
18/11/2015 07:22 | Around $100k raised after issue cost. Keep the lights on and pay wages money. | ![]() sleveen
18/11/2015 07:14 | 0.004649p for the new shares? How much of a discount is that? | harrissen
17/11/2015 22:37 | Hi DT. Long time since we heard from you. I'd be interested to hear your views on CAZA. I'm still 50/50 on a deal being struck that adds value from here, and as you are aware, I've had a 'punt' for old times sake (and nibbled a few more last Friday to ensure it doesn't feel a meaningless exercise!) I also think a buyer (larger deeper pocket company) would be acquiring some great experience of the management & ops team if they can tie them in with some options | 1628386
17/11/2015 22:15 | Mark , this is not an issue , such sales of operated/non operated assets where the seller only owns a percentage of the assets occur all the time. The percentage in a field is transferred to the new owner. If the seller is the operator of the field then , usually, operatorship also transfers to the new owners . Caza could sell part of their assets or the whole company including a deal that some personnel with knowledge of the fields are retained.......if they can find a buyer. | ![]() dragonsteeth
17/11/2015 18:12 | There is no dispute CAZA has excellent assets, the tricky bit come when you come to sell they are mostly joint ventures and percentage shares in lots. Even at its peak I always wondered how a sale would occur, never got that opertunity. The other problem is with CAZA's current position someone else will own those assets whether it be Apollo or the new shareholders. | ![]() mark10101
