I'd be interested to learn of chartists views on this. With my limited knowledge I'd have said it might be a double bottom - Please tell me if you think it's more likely Builders Bottom. The spread's a killer!!

I live right next to this development and the last year the site has much improved, however, read in most papers last few days, re: Ken Bates and Wembley fiasco ,that his Chelsea Village plans aren't contributing as much as everyone expected. They went on to say that if KB cannot make the Chelsea Village a success in Fulham/Chelsea, what hope does the New Wembley have in its own locality.

Personally its only been the last few months that it doesn't look like a builders yard so maybe give him some more time - looks quite nice...
