Clive you need to update us very soon it's now nearly a month since we heard from you.

Doesn't make any sense to me, got to be seeing another sell trade to match it as the price would have shot up, instead it retreated. I'd love to see a new institution joining the party and maybe there's been some stake building but i doubt it.

News tomorrow ?

Have not seen that size of buy for a while. No one would risk that size buy unless they know something good is going to happen. Lets hope!!

That’s funny Hallow. £6k traded on the anticipation of that ‘special’; news.

My cynical/sceptical view on proceedings gets worse as each day goes by. All I want to see is that A5 is still alive, even if it has issues. If it’s terminal then that damages their credibility regardless of what they say on the other deeps. A6 is an appraisal of A5 so critical that they get A5 right and I don’t care if it takes a few more days, weeks, months.

Don’t want to see the A5 bad news covered over with shallow success, acquisition etc to paper over the cracks.

This share has fundamental value from the shallows and this will continue to strengthen and minimise any investment risk but without deep commercial success it will be a slow burn, not for me !!

Exactly the same as Desire in the Falklands the company never recovered ,a lot of people me included lost a lot of money with that fiasco

Thanks Spangle you have just given me a flash back to the migrating oil rns from Pan Andean Resources in 1996! Can't remember the exact details to long ago now but it was something along the lines of a very deep expensive well in Bolivia targeting an elephant prospect, oil flowing to surface and excellent reservoir sands reported, massive share prise rise flow testing commencing every one patting each other on the back etc the next rns said the oil had mysteriously migrated the share price went into free fall proper bloodbath.

Spangle,Hoping you're wrong but I sense A5 has issues but hopefully not terminal. A5 success will give some credibility to other deep options, if this ended up in a P&A, it will hurt sentiment.

Smarty - IMHO a prolonged news blackout normally means that despite the requirement to communicate material results in a timely manner, they're desperately waiting for some minor good news to sweeten the bad news

It's a funny old fish. Trading and share price movement is very odd but all will be revealed soon enough. I don't like the news blackout which normally means bad news, we'll see.

It's bound to be good news as my shares in CASP are held by Beaufort and are non tradeable.

So I predict a massive spike which I won't be able to sell into.....LOL

Yes hopefully the shares are ring fenced. It sounds like a money laundering issue hopefully.
