21/9/2021 15:14 | Bought a fairly large chunk this afternoon, but as per norm mm's haven't printed it yet. This is surely one of those inflection points that can't be ignored. | timberwolf3

21/9/2021 09:51 | John,The market hasn't picked up on this yet and I actually can't believe it. Will have sellers on the way back north but money to be made from this level.Market not cottoned on to the possible charter and A8. 153 wasn't a sidetrack and miscommunication from Carver again. Using the high powered rig to drill vertically and then side track a la 154. Very likely to be positive and hopefully no shenanigans on SY licence which is dragging.Drilling to the Devonian on A8 followed by 802. A8 oil shows ! in a structure not expecting oil. Certainly no guarantees but maybe our Mr Shin can make the difference and they've not reached Devonian yet. Simple advice, buy more !! | xclusive2
21/9/2021 09:09 | Really wasn't sure what to expect from an share price perspective but I guess neutral is acceptable. Not a lot of success stories in there, but plenty of optimism and at least they are active with drilling. Looking forward to the outcome of A8. | johnswan193
21/9/2021 09:00 | Surely they are better not focussing in the deeps until the shallows are fully exploited as they can't seem to get one to flow. The figures confound , they promise a strong future but the share does not seem to respond . | maxim1999
21/9/2021 08:57 | Previous posts. We're still here and trading profitably. It feels like I can see the tunnel. Then the light? | hashertu

20/9/2021 12:35 | Jamesey3 Why has Clive Carver never told us anything at all jamesey3, we need to know. . | hallow
19/9/2021 12:14 | A very difficult question re the Oraziman clan share price average but it's well north of current share price Each penny increase = £10m to the Oraziman family, not small beer. Is there a share consolidation coming ? Will they be looking to dilute their holding by attracting larger investors and to actually follow through with a dividend structure ? Personally, I like the low share price as the effect of really good news will deliver more upside. Get the share price back to double figures before looking at any consolidation please. As posted, the lates A8 commentary from Carver was bizarre. Clearing dust and checking oil flows before drilling to Devonian. Highly unlikely but why checking oil flows when there aren't any ? Have they sidetracked or not ? All will be revealed shortly but positive news this week please followed by interims W/c 27/9 . | xclusive2
17/9/2021 09:11 | KO's biggest deal was probably at the merger Kuat Oraziman at the Baverstock merger, 12th May 2017, was where he added to his existing stock, of about c 187 million, the conversion shares which were valued at 9.5 p each, to give 763.7 million or 45% of the companies stock. | togglebrush
17/9/2021 09:08 | Of course the December 2021 2.4m option @ 4p is absolute chicken feed to Clive if he manages to get share price back to above 17.23p those cash based incentives are eye watering and of course KO gets the same cash payout as each of the set share price targets are hit dreams of a Casper 10 bagger to 30p gets CC and KO a cumulative cash incentive payment of £12,000,000 each under the existing Incentive Scheme Clive is fully motivated to get the good news flowing and the share price heading north! | the new norm
16/9/2021 19:22 | Good point NN. I'm so used to disappointment from our Casper, you can never get optimistic but maybe this is the really the start of the return to good times. I harp on about the KO share swap but why do it if there was a risk of failure ? I don't believe so. | xclusive2
16/9/2021 18:55 | I AM AS FULL as I want to be so bring on the good news | roy1982
16/9/2021 17:35 | yes X2 its impossible to know for sure what KOs average is but I agree its probably multiples of current share price on the subject of share options I see our mate CC has 2,400,000 at 4p which expire on 14th December 2021 if I was CC I know what sort of RNS I'd be signing off on between now and 14/12/21 LOL keep your eyes on the pies Clive!!! | the new norm
16/9/2021 17:05 | NN, Shares for debt swap. CC didn't have to issue the 154 good news and KO could've swapped @ 2p or less. He's done the same on 3AB, his son's interest in the CE etc. The strike price will be the price at the time of announcement subject too the usual regulatory bits. He will get his shares @ 3.2p, he and the concert party account for 80%+ so no issue there regardless of share price Oraziman average share price ? Good luck with that as you'll be spending ages working out when he got his options, share for asset deals etc. Much that he's been in from the beginning with the ADA connections, there's been the Baverstock piece and numerous transactions but i'd say his average is well above the current sp, maybe multiples of and he needs a result. As stated, i believe the swap was the signal for the next stage of the journey. If 153 added to 154 and SY released, Casper could easily support interest payments or repayment of his loan so a swap seems the sensible play. He's loaded the CASP shell with assets and it's ready to kick off. In addition to the capital return, he has bonus schemes linked to share price and m/cap and he's definitely all in on this play. | xclusive2
16/9/2021 16:44 | A recent RNS advised that the KO family had agreed to convert their $6.2m debt into CASP shares at a 3.2p SP As far as I can see this is subject to independent shareholder approval and the usual reg sign offs If for whatever reason the share price spikes up on 153 good news or something else I presume the 3.2p share price would still be the offer from the KO family to convert their debt? Given the KO family influence over CASP why would they want CC to issue good news before they get this debt conversion signed off Anyone like to guess what the KO Family's average CASP share price is ignoring the debt conversion shares? | the new norm
16/9/2021 16:05 | Jostrummer - yes. Smarty I have DM'd you. | johnswan193
16/9/2021 16:00 | John, That's interesting, max i could get a quote on was 200k. Do you mind stating which broker that was. MXP, you know you're not allowed to blaspheme on here, you'll be mentioning AST next !! Not saying they can't mess it up John but the 154 result has possibly changed the game and we'll know soon enough whether flow maintained and then replication on all future wells and the SY shallow structure. If they can deliver good production volume on the shallows as per the ill fated 2017 IP suggested, then you're going to have a handsome return without any deep success. Everything else is a free punt and there's a chance that at least one of them come off and they're all hugely material. After 14 years, we're due some luck. | xclusive2
16/9/2021 15:48 | you do know that this is RXP in a new name? | jostrummer
16/9/2021 15:45 | Online Smarty. My thinking is that having lost on MXP and RXP in the past and seeing shares at sub-3p I couldn't help but be a sucker for more punishment, though it's really just a small amount for a speculative interest. | johnswan193 |
