17/2/2006 08:18 | Trading Update out today... As at the time of the AGM, we remain confident of making further progress this year; however, the challenging UK agricultural market conditions may temper the strong performance we were previously expecting. At worst a mild tempering of excess enthusiasm? Didn't think it was worth the 11% drop of earlier, so dipped a toe in. Any thoughts? | cwa1
02/2/2006 16:52 | Unusual strength in another of my holdings led me to top-slice so I bought a few more CRM today. | aleman
31/1/2006 14:57 | Bought a few of these today. Looks steady growth under good management backed by healthy cashflow and a growing dividend, all at a modest price. | aleman
27/1/2006 17:29 | We seem to be in a period of uncertainty - share price movements appear rather random. | spaceparallax
19/1/2006 14:09 | Yesterday's conditions were exceptional and probably reflected mild concerns over the Japanese market - a situation which, from my understanding reflected that markets inability to handle dealing loads in a rather dodgy share that had been way over-ramped previously. Surely not a widespread problem if we're all sticking with sensible investment based on fundamentals and balanced risk. However, I do anticipate that CRM may continue to creep down close to or below the 500p mark - I believe that we all got rather caried away over the last year or so. | spaceparallax
18/1/2006 15:52 | it would take a braver man than me to short it thats for sure..... | byrnedj
18/1/2006 15:50 | seems to be falling on little voulme, could be people who follow Robbie B's trades to the letter as these are published on his site? Will wait and see, hold for now and I dont see it as a bad thing with the dividend re-investment up tomorrow will wait and see if this is a tree sahle or genuine large seller in the pipeline (no doubt will be able to tell at COB today) | byrnedj
18/1/2006 12:27 | might be unloved for a little while now until biuld up to results again...further falls? | gswredland
18/1/2006 09:31 | Hi Hornets Spoke too soon, I think :-) Still, gives others a chance to hop on :-)) | cwa1
18/1/2006 08:17 | seems to be holding ok, given virtually everything is red this morning and with Robbie B selling. Surely limited downside here with p.e. of around 9. | hornets
17/1/2006 22:39 | Investec seem to have downgraded slightly: Investec Securities 16-01-06 BUY 7.59 56.57 17.50 7.85 58.53 18.50 Robbie B sold today which may have added slightly to the negative sentiment. Must say I've reduced too as the market just doesn't seem that crazy about this one. | penpont
16/1/2006 14:37 | I'm out, had expected 530 to hold. Hoping for a more favourable re-entry point in the future. CH. | churchtower
15/1/2006 14:39 | Unhealthy looking down trend - I thought we would successfully conquer and hold the 500p level. Now I'm not so sure. | spaceparallax
10/1/2006 09:43 | I'm wondering if Robbie Burns has sold and the MMS know this - they sometimes seem to in advance. We'll find out later today. The AGM statement was mixed and perhaps not set to push the share price on too much meantime. Still think there are steady if not spectacular prospects here. | penpont
10/1/2006 08:28 | how can this fall so much on so little volume? is this the mm's doing their thing? | lambo2
09/1/2006 17:18 | Finding it very hard to break this resistance level @ 560p. Once it does, a 20% rise should be on the cards. | evilwebby
03/1/2006 08:43 | Added more today.... | chester
14/12/2005 21:27 | penpont - my guess is that a lot of the sells were from uninformed investors who didn't realise it was XD and were shaken out by the initial markdown (small though it was). And/or the sellers were not just ignorant, but utterly stupid ;-) | samg99
14/12/2005 19:26 | It's because the news item contains information about Salesforce.com (ticker code CRM). | diogenesj
14/12/2005 16:34 | slight downwards trend going XD, but seems to have recouped quickly. Not sure as to why there are Wall St News items though? | byrnedj
13/12/2005 16:30 | ex-dividend day tomorrow, can't believe this is the reason for today's rise else this game would be too easy. on a different subject, any idea why a load of Wall St. news items are showing in the news column? | hornets
09/12/2005 22:00 | Not sure byrnedi, is it possible the MMs are trying to dissuade any buying in for the largish divi coming up? I notice that Investec seem to have made a marginal upgrade to eps numbers, but still no post-results forecasts from the other brokers covering. Investec Securities 05-12-05 BUY 7.59 58.68 17.50 7.85 60.73 18.50 | penpont
09/12/2005 16:29 | gents - i too have toppe up on this share as it seems exceptional value. Current spread is fairly wide though 2.8% which I think is taking the wind out of the sails for this share at the moment, Xmas effect, tree shake or another reason? | byrnedj
08/12/2005 08:41 | I've been adding prior to the xd next Wed. Surely the 59.75p for 07 must be a very cautious estimate? | penpont |
