WTN due to open at 545p.

When WTN was 406p, CBM's WTN asset was worth 360p per share. It has since risen 34%, to take it to 483p and therefore CLN could be 149p.

Even if we allow it to trade at a 20% discount, it still results in a CBM share price of 386, and hence CLN 119p.

Eventually this value will be recognised - I just hope it is before the end of July!!

I am with halifax for trading the gates been shut to buy for ages now, tried at 89p, just tried at 91p still shut.

Slap its a reccommended offer and cbm has assets of about £5.50 .

nerja - sure but there must be a discount for the possibility that CBM doesn't buy it or I suppose also that CBM's shares are overvalued????

CLN is smaller and more illiqued so would fall a far amount if a deal didn't go through...

jackal2 by buying CLN at 96p you are in effect buying CBM for 312p instead of the current 336p, you will have to decide yourself if thats great value.

there is a proposed share-based takeover of CLN by CBM at the ratio of 3.25:1. as from 4th August CLN shares will be converted into CBM shares.
