CBM are going to get caught out if they dont hurry up with an offer. If they are waiting for their share price to move higher before announcing the deal they are playing a dangerous game. As each day passes CLN cannot continue to delay a trading update- I belive this trading update will show profitibility just around the corner and this will cause CLN shareprice to rocket ruining their plan to milk CLN.

Still hope the deal doesnt happen and that UBS have been buying to block the deal if it is to low.

I dont think we will hear the CBM terms for CLN until the CBM share price narrows the ludicrous discount to its net asset value. And that probably wont happen until those 3 bar stewards, APF, FMR and RAB have finished selling. They really are sh*ts of the first magnitude!! Pure wa*kers!!

I agree Captain Kurt, 18 months from here CLN will be a cash machine, thats why CBM want to buy all of it, and also why they want to play dog in the manger with this bid-but-no-bid tactic, just to put a spoiler in there for anyone else thinking of owning CLN.

High quality coal is for sale in the US for $105/short Ton. What is the quality of our coal?

Bakunin, Randy Eppler knows CLN is a cash cow and will not let CBM get our assets cheaply. Ball is in CBM's court to offer a fair price. We are selling excess coal at spot prices. Contract prices to be renegotiated in Dec. Bid or no bid I am very confident of CLN's future.

WTN up again on TSE. Should be good for CBM and hence CLN.

It's that old Appalachian stand off technique. Just stare em down until they give it to you for nothing.

CLN probably came back a bit because CBM was weaker today due to selling into strength by FMR and APF. WTN was up on TSE today. The discount of the current CBM share price to asset value is plainly ludicrous. A 50-60p jump in CBM, once FMR and APF are exhausted of CBM stock, is a racing certainty..

Yes redhollis, KAH has massive potential. One of my largest holding.
