Total Voting Rights

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care and education services to adults and children in the UK, announces that following the issue of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each to the CareTech Charitable Foundation (as announced on 18 June 2020) and in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 June 2020, the Company has 113,173,473 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 113,173,473 .

The above figure of 113,173,473 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
